One of the best thrift stores I've been to by far! Such a great selection of really unique pieces. Will absolutely be back and highly recommend to everyone in Calgary.

As a side note, a very unpleasant customer entered the store while we were shopping and while the owner handled it extremely well, it was really sad they had to deal with it at all. The store clearly puts so much effort into their collection and in making sure their customers have the best experience.

I am so sorry you had to deal with that. Your store is awesome. Be kind everyone!

This is by far the best thrift shop in the city! Sue, the owner, is so lovely and has the biggest heart in the world. I found some incredible little gems in this shop and love that she supports local animal shelters. ? ?

I absolutely love this thrift store. So many good pieces at reasonable prices. The owner is the sweetest lady. We went on Christmas Eve and we didn’t know it was closed but when we came up to the door the owner was there and let us shop around anyways?

I appreciate that this store donates some profits to animals shelters but the staff are incredibly apathetic. Also, as an animal lover, I think there should be a clear sign that says a dog may be let loose in the store OR the dog should be handled at all times. I was here recently with a friend when a dog came into the store completely loose. Another customer screamed and jumped away, then clearly apologized and explained she's afraid of dogs. No staff reacted at all. No one apologised, much less took the dog's leash. The dog was allowed to roam past this customer again, which scared her again. Eventually, the dog was taken to the back behind a short gate. It was extremely disappointing and I got the sense that people who aren't completely comfortable with a random dog approaching them in a store are seen as "nuisances," even if they're paying customers. I don't think it's outlandish for people to be hesitant or scared in that situation, again, including people who love animals.

I went in here for the first time today to drop off some donations and I'm sad I haven't visited sooner! The owner is so sweet and helpful, a lover of animals and helping the community. All the girls there were so sweet, you can tell it's happy positive environment. I definitely recommend if you have anything to donate to choose this place because you'll know if will 100% be going to a good cause!
Also if you're looking to buy anything they have a lot of great stuff!

One of my favourite thrift stores.
Staff are extremely friendly. Store is well organized and very clean. Tons of variety and new things every time I visit. I’m always surprised by the volume of “good finds”- you don’t have to work hard to find something you like here. Feels like one of the only thrift stores left with good deals and thrift store prices- even with higher end items.

I will go and see if all the bad reviews are correct. I think what turns me off is the replies from the owner, that are hating on the customers, you are not proving their reviews wrong. Just say sorry and we will work on it. Work on it and boom no more bad reviews. People are not out to get you. Just stating how they feel just told they are wrong or they were looking for bad to review. Secret shopper incoming...DO BETTER?!

Absolutely appalled by Sue the owner of this store, she’s lost me as a customer and lost all my donations I will NEVER be coming back. I used to shop here semi regularly and donate as well but after she discriminated my mom and embarrassed her for simply coming into her store to purchase clothes for herself I will stop shopping here and recommend others to do the same. My mom loves clothes and fashion and loved coming to this store to support a local business and add unique pieces to HER PERSONAL collection. She is NOT a reseller and has never re sold in her life, rather she just loves fashion and previously recommended this shop to followers and friends but she as well will now be telling people how awful her experience was and to NEVER shop at this store. Absolutely disgusted that a small business owner would do this. Both my mom and my day have been ruined my this awful situation. Take your donations elsewhere and DONT support this store.
