It's a shame that the quality of this store has declined. It used to be the best. You walk in and you smell dirty, the merchandise is extremely dirty. I'm not saying it's clean, but I found some really disgusting clothes and shoes and the bathroom was damaged and dirty.

I don't know what to say about this place because I ALWAYS find SO MANY good finds. Clothes and nick-nacks, pillows and beddings, oh my.

Issues:

1) no changing room since ownership changed. I get it, this is the biggest hassle and I think that's why there are so many good clothing options, because you really need to know your body and how clothes fit to walk away with a bunch of good items.

2) They changed their return policy from 30 days to 14 days, and on top of that, clothing returns are for store credit with like items, day of return. Meaning, if my jeans don't fit, I need to come back sometime in 14 days when I have time to do a bit more shopping.

Lots to choose from here. The store is huge! Even the men’s section has the largest area I’ve seen in all of the thrift stores I’ve ever been to. Good quality merchandise can be found here such as Ralph Lauren, Nike, Adidas, Kenneth Cole etc; The only downfall is that they have closed the dressing rooms and the prices are considerably more than Goodwill. Prices fluctuate from very high to moderate to low. They have specials once in while that will give you 50% off from Friday to Sunday. Other times it will be 50% off on a certain color tag.

I’m assuming this store receives donated clothing so I don’t understand the price gouging to the consumer.

I come to this store everyday for almost 20 years, I was there today at 10am and I did not have a good experience because I was treated like a thief.
My 6 year old daughter ripped the price tag off a piece of luggage that I wanted to by, when I went to the worker at the return desk who claimed to be the manager implied that I was trying to switch the price tag, as the tag was not on the luggage she went to get another one at a higher price when I told her it was not the price she did not want to listen to me, I have never been treated like this.
The disappointing part was that my daughter did not get the luggage she wanted. You should not have a person like that working with your customers.

Horrible. You should be able to try on clothes before purchasing them. They have an exchange policy if you go home and they don’t fit but personally as well as others; nobody wants to exchange, they want a return and not to have to go out of their way to come back. This place used to be good until they closed their dressing rooms indefinitely

This store used to be good. It had fitting rooms and a public restroom (which have now been blocked off) and pricing was fair. In recent years it’s getting more and more expensive and the shopping experience is very unpleasant. Parking can also be hard to find because there’s an Aldi next door.

My daughter was so excited to come to this but the customer service wasn't good..in the past the staff were very friendly, and helpful but yesterday I should've went to Savers thrift store ,where they actually help you..3 different times two ladies were very rude..one had her cart sideways blocking from getting by,another said she didn't English but was speaking to others very well and when it was ti.e to check out..my kid picked out three pieces of clothing and belt when self check out computer didn't scan and needed a associate to fix it I said thank you the guy didn't say you're welcome like we were bothering him,no smile no nothing..Me and my family from now will go where you are valued and treated sincerely, this store has gone down hill they need to dust the items align them better ,and definitely treat all customers with courtesy,a smile wouldn't hurt!I treat people no matter where they come from very nice but 2nd ave the associates need to do better than say no habla engles, inexcusable but you can go to your kind and smile and just help them, not cool so from here on end that's the last time I'll be shopping st 2nd Ave,my kid is 13 and didn't like the rudeness either,so Savers will be the store go to where the associates grert ,help you,and treat you right,I !are a mistake and will not go to this fun down store ever again, work on your customer service and professionalism ,it goes a long way!?
