Dropped off my bag at 1:00 and was told it was a 2 hr wait. I returned 2hrs and 15 mins later and still never received a call that my bag was ready. I approached the counter and my bag was done the entire time and for a suit, and two pairs of shoes I received $14.00 unfortunately you are not there while they buy your items but there are certain brands they “don’t price” so they give you minimum amount which in my case was like 4/5 dollars! The staff was very relaxed and spacey and wasn’t really a pleasant experience.

The rudest staff ever! The only kind person was the security guard, the rest of people genuinely don't want you to spend money here. Would not recommend although they have good finds.

Ever since I came to Newyork and I heard about the Preloved industry.

I have never heard about it before and when I saw everyone’s talking about it I thought to go to the top trending ones and see whether it’s worth the hype or not ?

So this is definitely a luxury Preloved store it’s not thrift it’s not consignment it’s not low quality products.

I was surprised to see a lot of items that were fairly new never worn weather from Apparal or from bags

Not only you can find a good condition merchandise but also literally a brand new one

Yes some bags are not new but they are very unique vintage pieces that really has thrown my attention

The store is very spacious well organized and definitely has a wide wide selections to choose from.

The best thing in the store that it is well packed and well organized there is no way you feel the hassle while shopping as you feel it at TJ Maxx. this is really well organized

The store is very clean very neat the staff are so professional so informative and they provide you with the right way to navigate products whether an online or the mechanism to sell and buy merchandise at the store because it has specific timing and also there is a specific way to do it and there is a timeline for selling your own product.

Can’t emphasize how thankful i am to the lady at this store. She was very informative telling me about the entire experience of pre-loved store wether to purchase or sell product. I explained it was my first time visiting the store and I don’t know what services they provide beside selling item and she did explain everything

I love there was a Security gentleman over there so if you have a very high and item your wedding or you are you are attending to self don’t worry you’ll be safe so I believe New York is very safe till now ? and hope always

I recommend you go and get the experience it’s very fun it’s even more fun when you socialize with people over there it’s just give you another perspective of life and consumerism it is New York an experience I guess

If I could put 0 stars I would . My mother went into this store and they were very rude after she spent over 1000 dollars on 9/28/23.Then She went back to this store 10/4/2023 around 6:30 pm the manager that was working then was so rude telling my mother she could not enter the store with her bag. Accusing her of theft. The manager took my mother bag with her personal belongings with her medication in it and told her she could only take her wallet … These people are horrible. How can someone shop with a wallet in their hand and god forbid something happened to her and she couldn’t get to her medication fast enough… I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone

Inauthentic products galore they even have a fake Saint Laurent jacket with a taped in tag for $999 which is even on their website. The tags clearly say obey on the front and washtag which is a much cheaper brand. I would not trust this store to purchase things authentically unless you have knowledge about what you are buying.

At about 2:30 p.m., I went to sell my heavy luggage, they would no longer accept my order today. The worst thing is that it is listed on the website until 1 hour before closing.

Wow! I was considering selling designer clothing I have in this store, but thanks to the multitude if people who gave their negative experiences, I won't bother. I haven't had any transactions/business with this store and my review is essentially a THANK YOU, to all the people who left reviews of a warning.
