If you want to look good on the cheap, there really is no better place in San Antonio. It's real name brand clothes, defect free, for bargain bin prices (for these brands anyways). The staff takes care of the store and keeps it immaculate and they've always been friendly with me.

It had always been my favorite store, they actually have good products at good prices, but when you want to leave something on consignment. You set the price you want for the product, they accept it. In this case, I left some new crocodile skin boots when I did the paperwork. I said that I wanted $300 and after that amount they could set the price they wanted, I can assure you that they sold them for over $500. The lady says that on the Internet those boots are for $45 dollars which is why she is giving me the 22 Dollars. I'm talking to you about original crocodile skin boots made in Mexico, in León Guanajuato. The lady thinks I'm going to believe her, it doesn't seem unfair to me, but it seems that they have more needs than you, in reality be careful in letting them some valuable product, because they are going to give you nothing. I feel frustrated. I feel that this should not happen in this country that says that everything is much fairer.

Always helpful staff with a nice selection of lightly worn menswear.
Spilled coffee on a shirt going to a meeting, popped in and got a clean pressed replacement in minutes (plus a few more pieces didn’t know I needed).

Higher then eBay prices, even the “sales” are priced higher then eBay. Why would you go here when you can have things delivered to your door and get a money back guarantee. Every shoe pictured was double the price of eBay

I used to rely on Second Looks for the occasional sport coat and/or slacks. The last two times I've been in the "girls" working there didn't come out from behind the counter and offer any assistance. Something I always got when Norris worked there.
The prices have gone up significantly as well.
I also noticed the clothes wrinkled and looking more worn than I have seen in the past. For example when looking at a sport coat it would have those little fuzz balls on the sleeves from rubbing against the waist of the coat. I little thing, but I'd never seen this kind of worn clothing displayed in the past. many of the suits and sport coats were really wrinkled to.
I am guessing with the name change from Second Hand looks to Second Looks for Men, they are under a new owner. That's too bad.

We have shopped in this store multiple times and always had positive outcomes not this time the young lady was not in the mood to sell or help she made no effort to help what normally took me at least an hr going through their awesome inventory was cut short because of her additude I guess she we should have gone to Burlington instead by by 2 nd looks !
