This place is pretty incredible and really helpful, especially when you’re trying to find a particular or special bike. It’s based on donation, and I highly recommend a tip because of staff really goes above and beyond when it comes to finding your bike.. and even if they don’t have it at the very moment like with myself, they will keep your personal information and call you as soon as they find a bike fit for you. Thanks to Betty. He was super amazing and really went above and beyond.

I bought a bike from Craigslist and brought it here to get it serviced. After about 4 hours of sitting around talking with the workers, and finding problem after problem, they were generous enough to trade me one of their bikes for the lemon that I bought. The generosity and knowledge of everyone here is incredible

Wonderful people; we should support them. I brought in a used bike and wanted to give it to a refugee kid after Giant told me it would cost more to repair it than buying a new bike. But they pointed me to the 2nd chance. Second chance ended up giving me a different and better bike. The refugee kid I am helping with will be thrilled. Thank you!

Ernie will be greatly missed for his unselfish service and friendship that he provided to our Veteran population for well over a decade.
Mr. Clark made it possible for veterans experiencing various hardships and obstacles to have transportation with quality refurbished bicycles that he and his staff provided.
Mr. Clark strongly believed in accountability and creditability, this was a prerequisite to earning one of his bikes from our program.
