I didn't know what to expect as a 1st visit there today, but STILL got pleasantly surprised! Sooooo much to explore, and a very modern, fun boutique vibe... I bought a few items, and I'm literally going right back tomorrow lol....

The pieces are so unique and the workers are very nice! I got my hoco dress from here and I redid my brothers whole wardrobe. It’s more a 2nd hand store than the thrift a little more expensive then platos but not too expensive. The prices range. But youll for sure like the things you get

The girl checking me out was so nice!! She said she had only been working there for 2 weeks, but I bought a lot of clothes and she had no problem scanning them all and was really friendly. She also didn't mind my friend paying with $14 in quarters and was actually pretty entertained by how chaotic our transactions were (there was also a sensor that would just not come off and she had to keep trying for like 5mins straight). Overall, it was a really great experience and I found a lot of clothes I love for amazing prices!

This review is about my selling experience. If y’all are going in to sell, save yourself some time and call first. I’ve brought my stuff in twice. The first time, I was turned away because they “don’t buy when they’re having a sale going on”. Of course it doesn’t mention this on their website. The second time I brought my stuff in was on the evening of 8/8/24, and I was met with such an unwelcoming feel from the lady behind the counter: deep sighs, total disinterest, and weak attempts to not roll her eyes. Like you’d think I was asking to borrow her car. Then she proceeded to tell me that they were out of budget for the month and could I come back the next morning. Like how the hell was I supposed to know that. I’m the customer. If she knew how to communicate appropriately, then this review wouldn’t have been written.

I’m done bringing my stuff to them, which was all new and designer btw with tags. I eventually took my goods to Plato’s closet, and that experience was so much more positive.

Please don’t ignore the reviews. I did and went inside and regretted it. Really weird company policies and awful people for simply wanting to sell your clothes. I walked in and knew to leave right away but kept a smile and said hello and I was right they were awful bad energy and they wanted all the info like they are government building haha just take the clothes and give me cash for whatever you like. Please save the time and go elsewhere. This location and company won’t survive. Why do you need my home address why do you need my drivers license number is the id not enough to verify it is me and that I am of age just bunch of go around answers to get your information absolutely not in this day and age. I hope this fuels the owners ego and pivots to better practices if not this won’t survive especially here. Good luck. Have a great day ha
