The purpose of a Thrift store is to help the poor who sometimes cannot afford to buy new clothing. The prices I see in here are ridiculous! These clothes are donated from the public who clothes they no longer need or from the lost of a love one. These clothes are Not brand new. Which means someone had worn them repeatedly before me. The store is very neat and clean. But it's not helping those who are looking for a bargain for whatever their needs are to provide for their families.

A very enjoyable emporium of hidden treasures. It is great to be in such a clean environment and affordable prices. Best of all, they support a great cause in our country's heros. A must visit for any thrifthopper.

I love this store I had been coming to this store for years. All but one employee (Hispanic Lady with red blonde hair kind of long ) Not really she only one I had a costumer had rudely opened the changing room door with out looking if any one under neath was using changing rooms before purchasing those rooms need a lock on the door and signs first in English and Second in Spanish cause this goes for majority of fullently Spanish speakers and Spanish readers yet still Respect the English American stores don't matter where in Dallas or DFW! Anyhow the employee
Hispanic lady with red blondish hair was working but being noisy what had happened to me in changing room I had talked to an employee their about how rudely the fluently Hispanic speakers can be open the changing room doors without knocking or checking the changing room doors before entering to go in. Then see me iam half Latina I do speak Spanish but anyhow the Hispanic employee was talking to a customer their about me mind you I was talking in Spanish to customer about a jacket and Hispanic employee thought I don't speak Spanish didn't want to get near me when all she had to do was tap me say excuse me to go around me was e en trying to mock me the customer was defending me to this rude Hispanic employee their at that time. I had already spoken to manager already about this. Since iam half Latina I don't deserve to be treated or others like me who are mixed with half Latina or not I never out of my entire experience with this thrift store had any issues with other Hispanic employees but this rude Hispanic employee talking about in here. It's just not fair I will be back I like other cashiers here plus this my neighbor not that Hispanic employee neighborhood idk cares who ever don't like it! Come here if you want to half mixed with Latina Latina or not don't let a rude bad employee try to ruin your experience here! Yes their changing stalls do need locks on them and English and Spanish signs to knock and wait especially in use!

Rudest employees ever! Was rummaging through a rack and the one employee with the Nike eyebrows grabbed the rack and walked off while I was still going through it and didn’t mutter not an excuse me or I’m sorry -not anything!!Not the first time I’ve seen this particular employee be rude,she had the same behavior at the garland location before it closed down .I’ve noticed on my few visits this place is always HOT.

There are many comments from other customers about this place having rude and inconsiderate staff, please believe it ! They are absolutely true the employee are rude and you will never get a nice comment or gesture from anyone that works here! One employee actually touched my son because he was too close to the clothing rack she came and just grabbed him and pulled him and said not to lean against the rack but he wasn’t even leaning on the rack. Luckily, I was able to control myself because I was ready to snap nobody should touch anyone’s child whatsoever no matter what reason especially if you don’t know if the child has a disability. The owners of this place please do not comment on here and ask me to email y’all because nothing is going to be done so nobody is going to email y’all about our concerns. The concerns are not being addressed especially when you have multiple people still commenting on the terrible attitude from employees.

A large selection and is organized fantastically!!! The dresses are even separated into short/ long and various sizes, but also short sleeve, and banded waists etc. My only complaint is it says on the exterior of the building they are open until 9. So, at 7:45 I had to hustle... hard!! To finish up by 8pm. The staff was courteous. Prices were not clearly marked though. Some things said 99 cents and then at check out I was told it was 9.99$ they just forgot one of the 9's. I also had 3 under armor, long sleeve shirts. 2 of then were 3.98$ each and the third had no price tag m but was clearly donated at the same time, on the same day, etc etc. She would not sell it to me because it was not priced.
Other than that!! Awesome experience
