Do not order from here if you have any inkling you may want to return the product. We decided to return the stroller we had ordered as we didn’t like the colour. They tell you it costs £25 for them to arrange collection however you are also perfectly entitled to return via a method of your choosing. We used yodel for £7. A week after yodel said they’d delivered, we still had nothing from baby planet. The online team don’t answer the phone. You have to call the store and give them your details so someone can call back. We were told last Thursday, Friday, and Monday that our refund would be issued that day. It’s now Tuesday and we’ve finally had an email saying the refund has been issued. This is after numerous calls and emails. On one of the calls I had I was asked if the package was undelivered and did I want it sent back out It clearly had a returns label! Avoid and go elsewhere!

I am so frustrated and not sure yet about this company. I ordered the icandy travel system at the show, paid half the amount. Called Babyplanet to find out when I would get delivery, they sent me email withim the week to book delivery slot and pay balance which I did. My delivery date was yesterday, waited at home all day and no one turned up, not email, no message, nothing. Tried calling them today, got message to say they are closed. Sent an email, got an auto saying they would respond Monday. I am getting so worked up reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if I will get my goods at all or on time. Amazing that they don't communicate at all, a message would have been nice if there were changes. How do they expect someone to stay home all day waiting for a delivery and then no one turns up. I really hope I get my travel system soon, it's a lot of money to think otherwise

Ordered a travel system on the 26/09 got told just need to order the car seat so we put £150 deposit down and told it would be here in 2 weeks we are now on the 6th week to be told every week I ring “ coming this week” then manger answered and rang the warehouse and told me it would be here mon/ Tuesday called yesterday ( the Tuesday) as I didn’t hear anything to be told yet again “ next week” I’m 37 weeks about to pop and they have no urgency about them not like we haven’t paid £150 and got told 2 weeks I wouldn’t recommend here as he been told this is what they do to many. Then she said “ oh we can take someone else car seat from there order who don’t need it as soon as you” Make that make sense you either have the car seat or you don’t regardless if it’s someone else’s order?!!!!!!!!

What happened with our delivery was absolutely farcical. No answer when calling Baby Planet or Jade Assembly (delivery company).

Delivery takes a month to arrange, no flexibility so have to wait 2 weeks for a rearranged delivery for the driver to turn up without the furniture.. Then my 8 months pregnant wife is forced to get into the van in the rain and check all the items to confirm that it definitely isn't there.

Shambolic service, blame each other - disgusting behaviour and not what I expect when I have paid such a big amount. Would never ever use again.

Very disappointed in this company. I ordered a childrens wardrobe in April. It still had not come by end of June. I called to see what was going on and they obviously just completely missed the order because they said they’ll send it the next day. But only half of it was shipped. Then they had to track down the other half. More emails back and forth wasting my time. I asked for a partial refund since the item took 3 months to come. All they offered was 10% off a future order. But that’s no use since I’ll never order from them again after the way they handled this hot mess of an order.

Save your energy and order from somewhere else.

Can't speak highly enough of the friendly and helpful staff at the store. Had so much help choosing the pram a couple of months ago. Picked the pram up today and the lovely lady who served us even helped us put it in the car. Would absolutely recommend.

There's a lot of bad reviews that relate to the online side of the business. I have dealt with the staff at this physical store in Leicester and can't fault anything.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Received a good service from Safiya who spent quite a time showing us various items, explaining how to use them and giving advice on a variety of items. She also made it quite clear iCandy Peach 7 package we wanted would take around 5 weeks to be delivered which we were okay with.

In store prices are different to online and I strongly do recommend shopping in store. Also, in store there's flexible payment options after putting down 25% deposit.

Decent size on site car park. Quite tricky to notice the entrance though as you have to pull straight from a top of narrow T-junction. It's just on the right-hand side from the window shop.

We have always had a fantastic experience here buying 2 cybex car seats + 1 joolz push chair over the years. The customer service has always been second to none, I visited this morning when the new car seat had arrived, the manager was kind enough to even fit it into the car for me with the isofix base. I Could not recommend this place enough, always felt well looked after here.
