Just went dress shopping here and the staff were beyond helpful. They checked for different sizes and colors for me about five times and were kind throughout. I really wanted the right dress for a special occasion, and they made it possible!

The clothes are beautiful, but they need to train their employees better on their return policies. Two of My daughters shop here also, so I had to return a few items. TWICE now when returning an online purchase, the employee looked at Me like I had two heads. Most stores have an automated system that looks up items by Your e-mail or phone. Carter’s store only needs a phone # and can look up any purchase without a receipt.

This place seems like it is trapped in the 90’s. When I tried to return an online purchase from just two weeks ago, the young employee just froze. I told her I was having trouble finding the e-mail. She had My account in the system, but literally just sat there staring at Me with no instructions? I asked her what was wrong and she said “there is a sale price and a regular price, I don’t know which one?” Then she just quickly told Me to swipe My debit card and gave Me full price back (which is what I paid and I told her that) Very strange transaction and I have never seen this behavior elsewhere.

We looked around and found one more item too buy. I asked the next person what may have happened and she said “oh that is because You have to get a manager for online returns in the system.”
Sounds like things are not going as they are meant to be at this store.

First time I was in the store. Love the vibe and the setup of the store...its beautiful. It seemed a little expensive but the quality seemed great. The staff was extremely helpful. Love the great assortment of merchandise. I specially liked the various art frames they had in the store. Loved the sayings. I also found a small selection of dog/cat merchandise. Very cute. The fitting rooms seemed really nice and beautiful. I did wish they would expand on their size selection for their clothes.

I would recommend they have bags for big items. I bought one of the bigger art pieces and they didn’t have a bag for me to take the item. Although they were nice and offered to wrap the item with gift paper. That was very nice and thoughtful. Made up for not having a bag.

Would go back to shop at this store.

While shopping around, I came across cute wedges and dresses. While in line for the firing room, to try on the dresses, I over heard a blonde, young lady offering a customer and her young daughter her personal discount. She said she would purchase the clothes for them and use her own store discount. After trying on the dresses we approached her to ask if they had a specific size in wedges I loved. To which she said “I’ve sold them all”, without bothering to check or offer any other options. I didn’t appreciate the customer service received by the first associate, especially after I spent over $200 at this location. Which doesn’t include the online purchase I made. As I found that odd I decided to find another employee, James. James was extremely helpful and actually went and checked to see if there was any available. With him verifying that they were sold out, I was then able to order them online.

This was the first time I really walked around in this store and absolutely love it!!! It's a bit pricey but some of the stuff is so cute! Everything today is all about kindness, so my daughter couldn't pass up this cute box of kindness cards. She found a really sweet friendship necklace was isn't kiddy. I wanted to buy a bunch of the signs, they were so funny, sweet, and adorable!

Really cute shop! They have a lot of clothes that are really cute. There is also a plus size section at the side of the store which is very nice. Up front, there are a lot of accessories like claw clips, coin purses, phone cases, and more. The jewelry is adorable too! The staff is also very helpful and kind. I found a lot of clothes here that are on trend! I would recommend this store.

Absolutely adored this store. My daughter found so many cute things on trend. The staff was so friendly I had to ask myself if I was shopping in a mall. You just don't see it thT often these days. Kudos to you guys for making it such a great shopping experience. Prices are on the high side, but its quality stuff that you will have a long time!
