SEC was hired to work on a grading and drainage problem for our community. As far as I can tell, the buried utilities were poorly marked, and they've managed to damage the buried electrical service, which didn't appear to be marked at all. Careless, sloppy work.

Their employees have little value for traffic safety and constantly go the wrong way down a one way rd. The owner of the company said he would address this blatant safety issue but it is still happening on a daily basis. Makes you wonder what other safety shortcuts they take on the job.
