Pros: good range of products: type, gender, size, large store, enough spacing between rows.
Cons: overpriced. Prices are much higher than Facebook marketplace or other used marketplaces. Restrooms were only for employees!! In such a large store that customers may spend a ling time shopping they don’t allow customers to use the restrooms

I purchased a piece of furniture here on 4/2 with the expectation I would pick it up today 4/5. The piece was paid for and labeled with a sold sign but it was not set aside and they sold the piece again. When I arrived the staff was aware that it had been sold again and that it was loaded for another customer.

Store staff called the manager to address the situation who offered a refund or exchange but the manager chose not to address the issue personally. The response felt lacking and like the manager left their staff out to dry.

Bottom line if you buy something for pickup at a later date, there is no guarantee it will be there when you arrive. Buyer beware!

Some rude staff, overpriced and they follow you the whole time you are in there. Paranoid freaks.

It looks like I’m not the only one who had the same problem with RUDE staff. I used to work here when this places first opened and it was MUCH different. We were taught customer service first and for most and to treat customers with RESPECT and kindness which I was not met with here. My mom and I were waiting in line with a hand basket full of things when Heena, the rude cashier called us down and said, “I can help you down here!” So we went down to register 3 where we started putting things on the counter, as I went to put another shirt down she scanned a cup I had and said, “Don’t put anything else on the counter, and can you hold this?” And handed me BACK the cup she just scanned for me instead of wrapping it and putting it in a bag like I asked. I then went to grab the blue hand basket I had brought up when she scolded me and goes, “Those baskets go over THERE!” And pointed to the other side of the store. And I said, “I know. I was just taking it off the counter for you because you said no more” and she gave me the dirtiest look! Then when I took my wallet out she goes, “Oh you’re paying cash?” And I said yeah and she goes, “This register is card ONLY” and rudely pointed at a sign on the side of her register. Why didn’t she say, “I can take the next CARD transaction then?” Instead of saying to come down so she could ring me up? She shoved everything in a bag and walked it down to the young Indian man on register 1. And I say his race for THIS reason ONLY. I walked up to pay with him and he stereotyped me. I was born and raised here in California. I speak ENGLISH, and in fact don’t even know how to speak Spanish. But because I’m brown as soon as I walked up to him he started speaking to me in Spanish. I was so shocked and insulted I didn’t even know what to say. I said, “Are you speaking to me in Spanish? I speak English, i infact don’t know what you’re trying to tell me.” It was wrong of him to stereotype me. Just like it would’ve been wrong of ME to walk up to him and just start speaking in Hindi. I will NEVER come back to this horrible place. The only thing still good and wholesome about this racist establishment is Kenny is still working there.❤️

Aisle after aisle of merch! And it's in "Thrift Alley" in San Jose - close to other thrift stores

PRO:
- This is a super store, just a massive store
- Some interesting items, great place to hunt
- I love that they are part of a cause, you can shop feeling good even if things are a bit pricey

CON:
- Prices are kind of expensive, like all thrift stores lately.
- Expensive toys

SUMMARY:
I like the amount of racks I can go through. But if I'm bargain hunting, it's not amazing. But still worth the trip as you visit the other thrift stores in the area.

Really great store I found a lot of selection. Lot of different items you wouldn't necessarily expect to see at a thrift store. Good parking.

This thrift store has a plethora of options however my experience was not good. Walking through every aisle I had an employee following me or keeping an eye on me. I was not able to shop at ease without feeling like I'm doing something wrong...

this place has a good variety of items. i usually buy glass crystal items, tupperware/dishes and kid books. there vinyl collection there is good but a little expensive for me. I use to love that they had 50% one color tag a week but now they went to 25% off a different color a day. i ise to go here weekly to do a little resale shopping but i doubt i will be going on a weekly basis now due to % change. just not worth it anymore if it goes back to 50% off then ill go bavk weekly but u til then i will just got to savers or good will outlet in salinas.
