I was some what skeptical when I brought the clothing to the store based on past experiences with other consignment stores. The majority of the items brought in were brand new, some with tags still on however they were not chosen. As I looked around the store I wanted to check to see what was consistently sold in the size I brought in. I noticed some very rundown clothes, some items with stains and spots so I ASSUMED the items I had, again brand new with tags would not be an issue. Well that was not the case, I would say not even 50% of the items I had were selected. Then I thought well maybe the store had an abundance of what I was offering, and that wasn't the case. Again I walked and looked through the items and was amazed at some of the items on the racks and how low quality they were, again stains, spots, tears. So I thought maybe this store doesn't want quality name brand items. For example, I had a brand new Nike Tech and Coach purse in my bin and it was looked over.

I am including pictures of what I saw in the store and what I was attempting to sell. Well I decided to have a garage sell, and was able to sell the majority of my items, so I guess it was a blessing your staff are not experience buyers, but they were very nice and pleasant.

Absolutely love going here. I get text alerts for sales a super bonus. The staff is friendly store is clean. Quality items from newborn to 12 id say. My teen daughter does still find collector toys as well sometimes. Great place to purchase high end and we'll worth it baby stuff and make some doe back trading your own items in too. Diapers, furniture, clothes, strollers, toys, books, shoes, costumes, coats, snow gear, you name they have it. Check it out!!!

Love the store. It was our first visit to this kids store. We were looking for cheap but new baby swing bed. We came to know by sales lady that all items are used. My wife surprised to hear that since she estimated all are looks new items to her. Immediately we purchased 6 items and placed on hold another 2. Sales lady was so helpful in explaining the product details. They were showed patience on my toddler too. My daughter made a mass with toys but they seem so nice to let my daughter play. I like this part the most. I will definitely refer this store all my friends and neighbours.

I find this place adorable. It's always extremely packed with items, but you can really tell the staff keeps up on making sure it looks nice. Usually not the case with consignment stores..

I was going searching through a rack and an item fell off it's hanger. A young lady swiftly picked it up before I could even get to it myself.

I always walk out of there with clothes that have the original size stickers and tags: obviously never been worn. There's some good shzz in there ! Also there's tons of books and toys that will entertain your kids while you shop ?

Items are in good condition. I have found clothes for my toddler and new baby on the way, used and new clothes. The store is very nice and clean. Great experience! I have not yet sold my clothes yet I hope it’s a great experience as well.

Great spot for resale. No limit to how many items you can have appraised. The staff are ALWAYS wonderful and a pleasure to work with. Best part: they text message you when they're finished with the appraisal and include both the cash, or store credit amount. They are the only buy back company (that I am aware of?) to institute such a clever, seamless transaction for the seller. It removes the awkward money conversation from the deal and expedites the offer; as soon as they know, you know.

So much better than Once Upon a Child! OUAC experience wasn’t quite as friendly, and I feel like I get a better store credit offer at Kid to Kid. Obviously it depends on the items condition and what stock the store needs, but I definitely prefer this location ! Thanks for being so kind ladies!

So I’ve never been here. I come in and the lady explained what I need to do but I couldn’t hear her so I said I’m sorry I didn’t hear what you said. I guess she thought my head was turned but as I turned around she was rolling her eyes and poking her neck out because I didn’t hear her. The other lady stepped in and told me what in needed to do I thanked her and said I’ve never been here so the attitude and eye roll was unnecessary from the other lady. She said oh I don’t think she did that. Funny because my daughter said she saw it as well and thought she was very rude. I still proceeded and left my items. Ima huge trash bag full of clothes and shoes and they offer me barely nothing. Which is crazy my sister just took similar shoes $25 each they paid her. So I’ll assume because I spoke up for myself they didn’t want to pay what my clothes were worth. So I’ll be double checking the bag to ensure nothing was taken and I’d rather donate the bag for the disrespectful amount I was offered at this point or take all the expensive name brand things to poshmark.
