I recently worked with Johana and the sales process was good but the follow up was horrible.

After receiving the car, one week later, the roof was leaking and the hose leading to the widow washer has a hole. I noticed the rubber on top the windshield is undone. Kept calling, they would push me around. Went to pick up my tags and I showed them and asked to be fixed. Mechanic took the car. Looks like he pushed the rubber in. Did not even glued it. Brought it back and claimed he fixed it. By the time I got home. It popped out again. Johanna was suppose to call me to schedule a time to bring the car to the place that will replace the hose. I am still waiting… it has been pouring and my roof is still leaking. I have extended warranty on the car so looks like I have to go though that route. Disappointed.
