Pretty good store, but they’re losing more money than they’re saving because of their no longer existent dressing rooms. I was fully prepared to spend at least $150 there on pants today alone but went elsewhere instead. They would sell more casserole dishes if at least one had a matching lid, same with the pyrex. Their insistence on keeping matching tops & bottoms of decent sweats and other suits separated throughout the store also makes one not want to bother.

Very wonderful place! Reasonable prices (just a few marked way too high) but a WIDE VARIETY OF ITEMS. The clothes were decent/ok but the accessories are where the gems are at!! Great place, just no fitting rooms and wished there were more mirrors.

I no longer spend nearly as much money here as I used to, for various reasons. 1) I bought a curtain rod and curtains, didn't fit my windows. I went back 3 days later and found the right size for the same price; only to learn they don't allow returns except for clothes and shoes. 2) Prices have gone way up, along the lines of a consignment shop, not a thrift store. 3) Not having fitting rooms is annoying. 4) Some workers are friendly, some not; but managers are a bit rude. I'm sure dealing with the public every day is tasking; but if I'm not being disrespectful to you, I deserve some courtesy.

Good prices, usually has fun finds, large store to peruse through. Cons- terrible checkout system and usually a huge line because they don’t have enough cashiers. They have self checkout but it actually takes longer bc of here’s usually some issue you have to wait for help with. Some of their items need a good cleaning before you use them- they aren’t that selective with that. Prices are randomly assigned sometimes and you can find the same item with multiple prices (like any thrift store). Bring your own bag- they charge for them.

I used to love this store and I believe if you really search you can still find the occasional gem. But the prices have increased like crazy and the dressing rooms have been closed forever. Seems crazy when this stuff is donated for free and the prices they put on used items. This used to be full of great finds and now it’s rarely. On top of that I caught an employee pulling all the clothes that were the color discount for that day and they admitted they were doing that. So you put a color for discount and then take it all down that day and hide it in the back so no one can actually get that deal. That’s terrible and I contacted corporate and never heard back. I know the employees are doing their job but management here at this store and above need to work on some things. This is suppose to help people and it’s turning more into a company who only cares about profit and getting the most from DONATED things. I

Used to really love this store but closing the fitting rooms is ridiculous. How am I supposed to know if things fit, especially dresses, undergarments, and pants? Plus you can’t even get your money back; it’s a 14-day exchange policy. That’s a good way to lose business—I guarantee I would’ve bought more if I could have tried garments on. Also, the self-checkout registers do not work very well and you have to wait a while for assistance. Also many of the items are overpriced. Today I saw items that I’ve seen at dollar tree but cost twice as much here and in used condition…Obviously used items shouldn’t be more expensive.

The workers are very rude. I was going through the racks very neatly. I just pushed them to the end and looked through each piece one by one, I did not even drop anything or make a mess when I was approached by a lady that told me off about how to properly look through the clothes. She ended our conversation saying “if I were your mom I would’ve kicked you out already” for no reason at all. Very unprofessional and made the rest of my experience uncomfortable as she proceeded to gossip about me to her other coworkers in Spanish. I used to go to this location often but will now be avoiding it for this reason.

4 stars overall.

Stellar Customer Service (Nancy & Joseph) and Items purchased were at a good price - 5 Stars

So I docked off a star due to the high prices on items in the store especially damaged items.

My favorite items purchased were a real sterling silver bracelet with amethysts, aquamarines, and a druzy crystal for $6 and a non fiction history book for $2.

Books were priced the way they would be priced in a used book store or Goodwill. The yellow and green tags deal on some of them cut the price down from 33% to 50% off. You get the seventh book free. I got 8 books for $10.

I got a Mikasa bowl made in Japan and some silver cooking item tools for 33% off - $4

I saw a sterling silver amber stone bracelet for $15 and Michael Kors bag for $50. The price and products were fair yet not good enough to sway me to buy them. Some items were not priced and could not be purchased.

A definite go see thrift store. The sales are good. The customer service is excellent and helpful.
