Updating my name and status was a breeze. I filled out the necessary forms at home beforehand, but you can do it there as well. The center itself was well-organized; I grabbed a number from the machine and waited for my turn. The woman at the window was incredibly helpful and efficient. My entire visit took less than 15 minutes. Thanks for making this process so smooth!

Just left this office and have to say I had a truly wonderful experience! I anticipated having to miss a whole morning of work but was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

I came for a walk-in appointment for a replacement social security card, there were only two other people in the waiting area at 9:30am on Thursday.

I filled out my information on the website in advance, which I think speeded things along. I was also told mornings were best because it gets crowded later in the day, and I’m glad I was able to follow that advice.

Security and admin staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Thank you!

Absolutely unfriendly security personnel! Filling out the same form over and over again each time you come in just to discard it when you leave makes absolutely no sense to me. Officers at the counters are very nice though.

No se imaginan lo alegre que estoy de las atenciones recibidas y de que pude resolver, hoy salí temprano de mi trabajo, iba manejando y recordé que dejé mi aplicación lista y otros documentos en mi trabajo, no me devolví, fui a mi casa parquie mi carro y tomé el tren para llegar mas rápido acá antes de que cerraran, cómo tenía los pasaportes mío y de mi hija así como el seguro social pude resolver y me atendieron muy bien, en la recepción son muy amables.

You can't imagine how happy I am about the attention received and that I was able to solve it. Today I left work early, I was driving and I remembered that I left my application ready and other documents at work, I didn't come back, I went home to park my car and took the train to get here faster before they closed, since I had mine and my daughter's passports as well as the social security I was able to resolve and they treated me very well at the reception, they are very friendly.

I came to this office to update my citizenship and I had a great experience. I was expecting a long wait but I did everything in 20 minutes without an appointment. I recommend going before 8 am.

.Very friendly staff was surprisingly efficient. Came in in less than five minutes to reapply for a Social Security card. This efficiency is extremely rare in New York. A pleasant experience.
