This time I was going to be in the Mediterranean during the home inspection but knowing Jon, I knew everything would be handled professionally. When calling to schedule I explained my contingency period was 7 days including Memorial Day and they were able to get me in the next business day. Jeff Snyder performed the inspection, he was extremely thorough and walked through everything with us when he was finished. $90,000 later, this inspection company missed high levels of black mold throughout our house. Visible mold was under 2 bathroom sink cabinets and under the kitchen sink. It was also in the AC and throughout the duct work. Our 3 kids have gotten so sick from this only 2 months after moving in. We found out through our child's doctor recommending to inspect the house. Insurance doesn't pay for mold... this is all on us. We've lost everything.
