20/10 would recommend anyone to go check out this store. The plus size selections are wonderful ( honestly all the clothes are really cute and this is the first thrift store I’ve seen which such a huge selection for children’s items ) and the staff is so so nice.

The best resale store I've been to in the area. Huge organized collection and the store is a vibe. It's connected to sproutfitters which is a kids resale store. The store is really big and prices were great! It was better than a Ross or tj max to be honest and way more organized.

Do not sell your clothes here if you have high-end items.

We dropped off a few things to sell for extra funds & decided to get rid of some higher-end clothing. When we received the text for how much they offered..it was like a slap in the face. $20 for 8 items (one of those items resells online for $125 minimim..) When we asked how they got that number, they said the buyer labeled the items as miscellaneous which means they did not research the value of the clothing. Oh! AND they tried being sneaky and withholding the most expensive item out of our items. I literally had to ask the girl where is my final item..that's sad.

If your buyer is overwhelmed and doesn't have time to research the items coming into your shop, it might be time to halt accepting buys..

I have shopped here several times and had okay experiences but saw that the owners had an argument in the store with a former employee over them not providing her with her W2. The owners refused to provide it until the cops showed up and then were able to provide it in seconds. They really showed their true colors. Something so easy as printing a paper for a former employee that worked for them and helped them grow the business was worth a argument in front of customers. Sanford doesn't need a business or owners like this.

AMAZING STORE!! The place is clean, very well organized, and not stressful to shop at all! The staff is always welcoming and makes the shopping experience pleasurable. They have a great social media presence, and their social girl Bridget is so cool! Would highly recommend getting involved with their social media and shopping at their store!

I recently brought a bin of clothes for resale. The receipt you sign says they will text you and you can accept the offer. Instead someone from the store called me (Stephanie) and told me I can have $10.44 in cash or $15.13 in credit. I asked which items as I had brought in over 60 articles of clothing. She didn't give me an exact item description and I said I would take the offer after I see what items and can she send me something. The text came through AFTER my call and once I realized it was 8 items for that price I declined it by pressing 3, following the text message prompt. When I went to pick up the rest of my clothes, the girl in the store tried to help but said she couldn't find the items. They had already tagged them and put them on the floor to sell. After going through 2 store managers, they all said the same thing.
Point of reference; I had Zara & GAP clothes in the items they took and they were all in excellent condition. I would never sell something like that for $1.30 an item.
Thieves. Really bad business practice and no customer service.

The prices at Revolve are unmatched! I’ve found so much cute stuff there (some that originally went for $100+ more than I bought it for). All the employees are so kind and keep the store looking perfect. Hands down my favorite thrift store ?

Incredible store with amazing staff!!! The store is filled with high-quality clothes and products for really affordable prices. I was shocked at the amount of clothes I got for how much I spent. They hand pick clothes that are only in the best condition possible to resell. Best boutique in town!
