There is a very good selection of items here. Most things tend to be about 20% over garage sale prices, which is completely reasonable. The staff here are nice and helpful.

Not sure why there is such a problem each time I donate there. The front desk person seems to be a regular nice person, but so unsure about whether they can take donations or not. And the guy who works there seems to be uncooperative and disinterested. I have asked him directly about donation times and items before and comply with what they want when they want it. But it still seems to be an issue. I get not wanting donations. Just put up a sign and not have people waste their time. I understand it's a lot to process donations, but so is it for the person donating. Takes several hours to get everything together, organized and clean and drive it over there. I think I'll go to GoodWill next time.

Today, I purchased a couch from Life's Treasures Thrift Store, only to receive a call from the manager, Julie, informing me that it was tagged incorrectly and wasn't actually for sale at the ticketed price. Despite leaving the store, I had to return to process a refund. Shockingly, they mentioned they'd sell the couch for $199, despite items being donated for free. Julie's response was unapologetic and dismissive, stating the customer isn't always right, and that the employees are volunteers and mistakes are made. This experience has left me disappointed, especially considering the store policy of no refunds or exchanges. I'll refrain from shopping as customer service is non-existent.

Great store with lots of fantastic items and the prices are always really reasonable. The only downside is the guy who runs it is one of the most unpleasant people I've ever run into. In one trip I heard him yell at employees and publicly embarrass them, yell at customers coming in to return defective items and shut off all the lights and close the dressing room 20 minutes before closing time.

I loved shopping at this thrift store. Their prices and sales are nice. I wish I could say the same about their staff/ volunteers. They seem busy gossiping about costumers after they leave and talking about their personal life’s. After many visits, time and time again, I feel ignored and a bother to many of them. While checking out they continue their conversations as if I’m not there. I’m sure I’m not the only person that feels this way. It’s a shame how uncomfortable I’ve felt after the last few visits. don’t think I will be returning.

First time visiting this wonderful thrift store, staff was very friendly and helpful...the lady who helped me with costume jewelry (Diane/Diana) was such a kind and lovely lady!!
Well organized store and very clean.
