Way over priced. Once at register they want to reconsider the posted prices and say “prices vary”. on what ? Based on their perception of the customer? The cashier ( older lady with curly hair) was rude! And note: just because someone on google has it listed at a price doesn’t mean that’s what people are willing to pay! Be aware of your customer base. Learn some customer service.

I'm writing to corporate. This store is absolutely ridiculous with their prices. Highest in Highlands County. If it's not priced, they take it away from you so they can research and get the most money for it. Rosa needs to be removed from this store. She is killing it. The whole time I was there, everyone was complaining about prices. Stuff I saw months ago still sitting there. They should walk around and listen to their customers complaining. Zero stars due to very poor management!!!! Won't return until it's under new management!

This was a place were you can get amazing deals. I do not know what are they thinking. I saw prices on dishes for $50, $79 pitchers for $25 dollars. Things were cracked and asking $20 dollars. This items are donated by people. Have a little consideration for the low class hard working people. Not everyone can buy at Ross or Marshall.
Come on people! Ever since this lady is working there she look up stuff at Google and then prices the items.
I hope people realize the reality and stop buying from them.

So many things there are ridiculously overpriced. On Mondays and Fridays, they do things at 50% off. However, once you take the 50% off, it's still about the price that you would pay at any other thrift store. Many of the things are in terrible condition. There are a couple people there who price things off the top of their head. I happened to be there on a Friday When it was 50% off and I knew they marked things way way up So that when it came down to 50% off, it was the price It would have been someplace else. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of. Considering everything is donated, it would be nice if they weren't so greedy. I feel like they are a For profit company As opposed to a not-for-profit. I was very disgusted

First of all, I love thrift stores! Some are better than others, but this one is definitely one of my favorites! Always well stocked with different items, with a wide selection of various things. Things are usually in great shape, with lots of life left! I have yet to purchase something there I ended up disappointed with. Everything has always been wonderful! Love their 1/2 off sale days, too!! Very nice touch!

Prices are ridiculous for donated items, free you get it for free so anything you charge is a profit!!! Prices are listed at the end of the rack well I purchased a pair of pants and because they had the original price tag on them from the store I was charged $10 for them. So they don't honor the prices they make them up at the register based on what they think they are worth. Two woman there are often rude, no one can make a decision about pricing furniture without asking the one lady. Set of 7 drinking glasses $50, a broken buffet $150 and it's not real wood. They are pricing this place out of business! Greed total Greed!! I'd give no stars if it would let me!!

Great place, and everyone is so pleasant. This is what I said six years ago when I stopped by, and left a review. They must have had other people running things. I just stopped by, and let me tell you, they must think people will pay ridiculous prices for donated items. The prices I saw on two used Disney coffee mugs they wanted $15.00 each. I picked up several other things I may have liked to purchase, but the prices are like full blown retail. Buyers beware. Very sad as I will not go back.
