Great store. Very nice employees. The place is very clean. They always have good clothes. I recommend everybody goes here for clothes, the prices are very nice. But most importantly give Olivier a raise!!

This is such a good store to go to, if you ever need clothes that are cheap or want to find something last minute to wear. Store was clean and well organized, along with the employees that work there, by greeting the customers that walk in. Manager named Olivier was very helpful and is always willing help you when you come inside. Check them out!!

I've been here twice already and had a great experience. I had the pleasure of being helped by Peter on both occasions, and he was friendly and professional.

What I love most about this store is that they don't consign. They buy your items outright, so you don't have to wait for your money.

During my first visit, I brought in two luxury purses and a pair of Chanel earrings. They said the wait time would be about two hours because there were a couple of sellers before me, which I found reasonable. They took my items, gave me a ticket, and explained what would happen if I didn't return to pick them up.

After about two hours, they called me with an offer for my items, and Peter was upfront and transparent about the prices. I accepted the offer for one of the purses and immediately got the money.

Today, I came back with three purses and sold one of them. The process was just as smooth and seamless as the first time. This time, I waited less than an hour because I came early.

The staff are all so friendly, and the place is clean and organized. I was impressed with the quality of their items too - everything was in good to excellent condition. I saw some items with their original tags on.

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to sell their luxury items.

I wasn’t greeted at the door, there was an off putting oder kind of like mildew and dust. The garments were lackluster they smelled heavily of cigarettes, the employees were busy in their own world it seemed. For a “luxury” second hand store all I found in the women’s section was forever 21 and SHEIN…. Marked a lot higher than it should be in my opinion.

I have been to several of these stores in Texas and was super excited about my shopping experience.
However, my experience today at this store was NOT GOOD! I had items picked out to try on, was in the changing room, and the manager told me I need to stop trying on, pay for what I wanted, They close at 8pm! I said I have just a few more, she said no, we are closing now! It was a few minutes before 8pm. And clothing is a final sale, she made sure to tell me! I spent almost $100.00, it may have been a $200.00 purchase if she would have given me 5 more minutes!!! Sorry, just BAD business!

I came here to donate my clothes for cash. I am going to be honest, do not waste your time. I had 12 lululemon tops and they were willing to give me $20 for them, where they sale each of these tops for $20. I understand they need to make a profit. But companies like this should not be in business.

I was looking around and was not impressed with their selection of business. This company is not going to make it very long in this area.

The staff working this, made me feel uncomfortable.

I got a pair of practically new Doc Martens here for 60 bucks. They have really good deals, clean changing rooms with big mirrors, and friendly staff. 9/10

So far so good woth me. I've bought 3 designer items from here that I can't find anywhere else. Great clothing from Japan. Keep it up and I'll keep shopping here. Very clean and organized. Glad to have found this place.
