I love this place. I know they can't give top dollar, but they give you options , I live in my means. They are a buisness, that try to help out people as much as they can. I am very thankful for everything they have given me for my stuff. That I otherwise would not be able to sell for what I really want. Shame on people who down others that are just trying to help this world. ? God bless the person that took the initiative to start this, and bless others. They really didn't have to.

I love other mothers! So happy I found this place. All the workers, especially Stephanie are so pleasant and really care about people which seems to be rare these days. I buy all my kids stuff there and when I'm done I resell it back what a win win. Children grow wayy too fast, very thankful for this place ?

Understaffed, overwhelmed, and over cluttered store & rushed poor customer service. went to trade for the 1st time today. Have been to the phoenix location to shop and always had a great experience. Today at surprise store not so much. Had 1 13gal. Bag of all name brand clothing, 2 baby bouncers & a bumbo seat. Immediately I was told they couldn't get to my stuff for a while as they were already busy. I said no worries I'll come back tomorrow for the cr or pickup etc. We would browse n shop in the store today. Quickly They passed on 2 bouncers 1 brand new just didn't have they Musical part attached. Bumbo was also passed on due to slight discoloration from heat in garage (lime green color-slightly yellowish from heat) completely understandable. However a lady walked in behind me with a pee stained mattress that was being purchased & taken to the back?ewww, changed my mind about wanting to shop at that point. I kindly thanked them grabbed my clothes without letting them waste any more of my time & left. I don't think it was in issue with my items. They were 100% overwhelmed with piles of stuff everywhere , a line of people worth more stuff & didn't want to be bothered. I'll be taking my business elsewhere(over the rainbow kids store) as this was such bad experience. I get being busy but customer service is key! Hire more staff or consider appts if you're staff can't keep up with ur customer need.

After this weekends experience, I definitely won't come back with any items! Something told me to stick with once upon a child, and I should have listened to my gut. I guess you live, you learn. Sorry, other mothers, you lost a customer!

Probably the BEST thirft store in town!! All I can say, if they don't it the outfit you're looking for: chances are its not something you really need. LOL
HIGH QUALITY clothing. VERY NICE and helpful employees.
You have a loyal patron!

Cons: I didn't approve of the male man and how he was speaking to his staff, in front of customers. However, even behind closed doors it wasn't professional. He needs some leadership training.

I live in California, and I’m out in Arizona at least once a month, and this store is my must stop to shop spot. The prizes are very reasonable, and one of the Staff members (Tina) is the best.

I love going here it’s cheap and you can find all kinds of crazy, cool, and fun stuff. Employees are super nice and very helpful. My 3 year old also approves?☺️
