Visited last week to donate clothing in very good condition, and other items that could be sold, and because it was after 4pm, they would not accept my donations. No where that I can find on their website, that 4pm is their cut off time to accept donations. Went immediately to Goodwill, and unloaded my donations without any issues. I would have preferred St. Vincent de Paul, and I drove a few miles away just for that purpose. Left angrily.

Es un buen lugar para comprar productos de segunda mano, el único problema es que con los muebles le dan prioridad a un cliente que también es "revendedor". A esta persona lo dejan entrar primero y cuando abren la tienda la mayoría de muebles ya tiene letrero "sold"

They're doing exactly what you're supposed to. Spacious aisles, controlling the amount of people in the store and it was very clean. I even found a treasure

It's closed for maintenance so I wasn't able to enter but it looks exciting to be able to find new treasures when they do open.

I am a senior and visit thrift stores in Phoenix quite often to get a value for my meager income. Goodwill, Savers, Salvation Army, etc. Driving by I noticed your store had senior days on Tuesdays so I gave it a try. When I went to the men's section after finding out the other available discounts, I was shocked to see that all the sizes were mixed together. Quite a chore for someone trying to find a size with men, women and children's clothes mixed together. I decided to go to some sections that appeared a bit more organized found some glassware. When I went to check out the line was rather long and I thought I hit paydirt when a woman came to me and told me she could check me out at another counter What a mistake I made. A woman by the name of Tins could not be any more rude if she tried. She packed my glassware in one plastic bag for every two to three items and was so unprofessional and rude about it was truly unbelievable When I asked about my senior discount after her telling me, with an attitude, some of my items were not eligible for discount, I thought of all the places I shop with pleasant cashier's. I will probably never shop in this establishment again.

Ok. My favorite thrift store, I am so disappointed!
First, today Tuesday is Senior Day. I am 64 and always enjoy Senior Day at other thrift stores. With that being said, When I asked the cashier Tina for my senior discount, she informed me that the discount is only for regular priced items? The half off items didn't count nor did the 1.00 cloths that where on sale. When I told her that I received the 10% discount last week on all items she pretty much called me a liar. When I told her that no one else who offers senior day makes exceptions to getting the discount, I was told to go there. She never hit the senior discount button as refected but my receipt.
Now last week I had a male cashier who was very helpful, and professional and again received my senior discount on all items,. When done paying for my items having 6 glass items, Tina stuck 2 in each plastic bag with nothing between them items, she refused to even put an extra bag to keep my glass items from breaking by hitting each other in the bags, I had to do it with the 3 items I bought. She truly does not care about customers or the items they spend the little they have on.Tina is very much in the wrong job, as last week as she was just sitting around with lines going through the store, when I asked her a question as to where I could find certain articles, she was rude as well. Today she only opened a register after the line was 12 people long, and all she was doing was sitting behind the only working cashier. I don't know if it was she had to get up off her butt and work as to why she is so hateful or if she truly hates her job!
I shop all the other thrift stores in Phoenix, which offer 20 to 25 % off to seniors on senior Tuesday. It's a shame that even the tiny little 10% that St Vincent De Paul gives out is if you're only buying full price items. Even Walgreens gives senior discount to all items in their store, it truly blows my mind
Also today I donated a 33 gallon bag of clothes to them, unlike Savers, Goodwill or Salvation Army, they didn't give me a coupon for my donation. Nor a receipt that I even donated.
I will not return to this store as I've never been treated so bad at any store I was shopping in, Tina needs a new job where helping customers is not in her job subscription. And why do you claim that seniors get a discount on Tues when you put stipulations on that discount like being a senior isn't enough.
Last, I have 2 YouTube channels and have told of how wonderful your thrift store is, I will be telling my subscribers to go elsewhere where they can get their senior discount with out limations, and double the discount as well
I find it hard to believe that this organization calls itself Christian with the angry hateful person working there and the misleading promises of a dicsount to celebrate getting older!
