Great people. David was a great help and I ended up purchasing a Terratrike All Terrain. More after I go back to pick it up.

Unfortunately the assembly had some problems. Battery was installed wrong resulting in chain rubbing rear tire. Many loose screws needed to be tightened. They are working with me to fix but it's 3 hour drive round trip for me.

Only taking 1 star away since they are working to fix.

Fast friendly and professional service no matter your brand of bike they will get you back on the road in no time. Fixed a worn out bottom bracket and now no more irritating squeaks much appreciated. Been a customer since Scott was there and I was in college and it is still a great local bike shop easily the best in town.

Everyone I have spoken to at Scott's has been very helpful, and not just helpful but genuinely likable, like if it weren't that we all have work and responsibilities etc that we need to get to we could just hang out and chat for hours. Also, they got my repairs done two days earlier than what Pete thought it might take and I would have been plenty happy if it had just been on time. Thumbs up!! This is what a great bike shop looks like!

I was looking for a Hybrid bike, but wanted front suspension. They were able and willing to customize a Trek hard tail at a price that was very competitive to comparable bikes from other major brands. They also worked with on obtaining custom accessories and had every ready when I needed it. Kind and professional. I highly recommend Scott's Bicycles.

When you walk into Scotts the staff is friendly and helpful. What I also liked was they ask if you need help and when you say no your just looking, they let you do just that. No sales pressure. About a year ago, I bought a Trek dual sport 3 Gen 5 in red and I am very happy with it. Just had it in for my free tune up. I highly recommend them.

I was in on a Sunday and was shocked to see a full shop working! David helped me out with some questions about e-mtb and then took the time to give me information on some other services, unrelated to LBS business. Absolutely went above and beyond. Great guy and great shop.
