I drove nearly an hour to pick up a bumper cover and rear taillight off a parts car that the owner agreed on selling to me about 3 days prior. Upon arrival I saw the car with no bumper cover on it. A young lady came out to see if I needed any assistance and I asked her where the bumper cover was and if there was any chance that the owner had removed it for me. She said definitely not - that he must have sold it. I was furious and I made it clear to her that a had driven about an hour one way to get it. There was no communication to me from the owner that he had sold it the night before until I left the premises. He waited about an hour and a half after I messaged him that I was on the way there to respond with a thumbs up. Not even mentioning then (by then I was on the way home) that he had sold it previously.
So, on to the tail light.... I asked the young lady how much it was. She said whatever the agreed upon price was. At this point I was beyond furious. Clearly I had to hold my end of the agreement but they didn't have to hold theirs. So I paid the agreed upon price and removed the part and left. No price break given to me for my wasted time or gas money, just a half ass apology. The owner eventually apologized too, "Sold it last night , sorry". That was it...
But if this how they do business with just a couple car parts, I can imagine how they'll screw you over if you try to buy a car from them. There is no way in hell I could recommend them higher than the minimum one star. One star is very gracious.

These people really took my mom for a ride sold her an absolutely terrible car first day of ownership lights stop work took them three times to fix it then power steering went out they didn't fix it right but it worked well enough for it to be the only time they had to fix it then a coil pack went out they only had tobfix in tonce but it's bad again but here all these they did fix and huat add to my moms payments witch is helpful if u buy a shitbox car that a shady dealer sells u but then her radiator goes she has has the car towed their they charge my mom 500 dollars to fix it up front my mom picks it up starts overheating 2 miles up the road she calls them the managerbob tell her its an air bubble we not even 48 hours after their amazing mechanics fix it they put a hose clamp on wrong pops a hole in a hose now head gaskets leaking but the guy tried tellin my mom her cars been leaking for months and she has been driving it.over heating from the first time they fixwd witch he was confused and thinking of the power steering and when we corrected him he became unhinged some girl came out not knowing that this guy started screaming immediately after being caught in a lie and threatened to call the cops on me and my mom cuz he can't control his emotions or handle being wrong then she threatened my mother if ur in a pinch go head buy a car from them if u have absolutely no other option but it's probably been worked on already my these incompetent mechanics because they say fixing the same problem they already "fixed" in the same week is called maintenance and not being a bad mechanic they will blame u for driving the car u bought from them to much I get trying to make money but scamming is a good business practice watch out for bob

What started as a terrible day ended very good thanks to ride now. I'm a single mother and was in a tough situation. Ride now made the process of car shopping so easy and they truly care about their customers. I love my vehicle, thank you so much!

Do not go here he is a scammer. Told me he fixes the problems with vehicles but it wasn't fixed but trying to sell it to me anyways. Then told me that he never said it was fixed but my ride heard everything. Liar and scammer

This family is amazing! I came back and bought a car from them again and they were honest upfront about everything and seriously waited to give me a car until they had everything fixed!

Don’t buy from them they will sell you a car that isn’t safe to drive they will get people killed with there negligence they also charge way above market value for there cars avoid ride now at all costs

Knowingly sold me a car with massive problems knowing i had 3 kids and needed something reliable. Do not come here! Will rip you off any chance they can get! Owner said he drove it for 1000 miles before he sold it but yet the car had cobwebs in the back window. What a joke! These were the front tires they put on…
