Really enjoying ordering through SCG, especially for GMT P500 games imported into the UK. SCG add the slimmest of premiums and you know everything has already been taken care of the other side for you - absolutely worth it to support them.

They're always prompt, helpful and communicative via email and they have excellent stock. On my first shopping experience, we had some PayPal issues (hilariously, lots of wargames have country names in their titles, names that set off red flags at PayPal HQ) but SCG sent the games in good faith anyway while things settled.

On the third shop, I made a hasty lunchtime purchase and didn't think my shipping options through. They were live on the emails there and then and had me sorted before it was time to get back to work.

Looking forward to a long partnership with them and, hopefully, to visit one day if I'm ever in that part of the country.

Ordered a copy of Risk 2210 AD from here that was very hard to find in a decent condition. Seen they had one in stock, gave them a call to see if the listing was correct and asked for a visual description of the condition (box a bit worn, but items inside in mint condition).

Their description was spot on. Ordered at 1pm on Monday, arrived in my hands 2pm on Tuesday. Superb customer service and speed of delivery.

I've only recently discovered Second Chance Games - so glad that I did! From the 1970s onwards I was a keen board wargamer, but I'd rather dropped off lately due to the difficulty of finding retail sources in the UK in recent years. The mark of a superb retailer is how they handle customers when things go wrong. Let me say that their customer service was second to none. Ordered an item from the shop and in transit (no fault of the shop) it was damaged. Contact was swift and the mishap was quickly resolved and a new item sent with no quibble. Would recommend.
