I had a wonderful experience at the Winter Haven, FL, Social Security Office. The guard Schools is friendly, and customer service at entrance was great. I am also really happy that Joel, the representative at the Social Security Office provided outstanding customer service. He listen to see what was the problem, i was having.
Then he checked the documents, that i handed to him to verify the information. He is doing an excellent Job. I felt really happy with the customer service, and Staff at this Winter Haven Office. Thankful to God for them

Parking lot is very small, make an appointment to help ease the process. I was in and out within 15 minutes- even with the entire lobby full. The security officer when you walk on was very nice. The lady that we spoke to was also very pleasant.

The cop wasn't smart enough for his job! First off I had to explain to the cop I am disabled and have a breathing disability which stops me or makes me unable to wear or participate in their china mask. The officer was not educated enough for his position the person working the door needs to understand that disabled people that have breathing disabilities are exempt from wearing masks!! Common sense matter's. Secondly they were not open to help anybody they just keep referring people to a telephone number to set up an appointment that's absolutely rude and unacceptable treatment for anybody that is disabled. Unacceptable, & Embarrassing. Shame on them.

Fast service, very efficient, from the security guard at the door who does a job very well done to the social security worker Miss Ozuna who is diligent, polite, helpful and very prompt. Be courteous, follow the rules of the place, make an appointment.
