Owen down here in vilseck did an amazing job with getting me my brand new 2023 Dodge Charger SRT hellcat widebody. I had a great experience from the buying process to the pick up of the car. I was always informed of the progress of the car being built to it get shipped to Germany. I definitely recommend anyone who’s in the military to give MAS a try and see what they have for you I had a great experience so for me 10/10

This organization is the epitome of supporting the Troops. I sold them a vehicle I origionally purchased from MAS. After the lien was paid the title was lost in the mail. MAS HQ in New York coordinated for a replacement title. In my 20 years of military service I've never experienced such professionalism or delt with an organization that went above and beyond to help a customer in this way. If your thinking of buying or selling a car, come here first.

So, to update you on my truck delivery, I contacted the dealership on Friday about 3pm asking if they have received the vehicle. The person in charge of delivering the vehicle was unaware, then he investigated his system and said he saw it, I ask him has it processed through the pre-delivery inspection, he said yes.

I continue to ask him why he didn’t contact me and inform me of a delivery time, he said he was too busy. I asked him when can it be delivered, then I ask if I can pick it up on Monday, he said he would be off, but one of the other salesmen would deliver the vehicle to me, so I told him I would be there at 0900 Monday .

He said ok, I arrived at the dealership at 0845, no one at the dealership knew who was supposed to delivery the vehicle to me, so a service tech overheard the conversation and stated that the vehicle was just sent to the wash rack to be cleaned.

Then another salesman arrived and asked me to come sign some papers; I signed the papers and while I was signing the papers the salesman told me he was called at 0700 Monday morning and was told to do a favor for the main sale representative.

The favor was to get the truck ready for delivery to me, that salesman seemed to be upset having to do someone else work, he also stated “ I know you don’t want to hear this, but we just sent your truck to the wash rack to be cleaned and it may take a while. After signing the papers, I went back to the waiting room and waited another 30 minutes.

The service tech that overheard the conversation brought me the keys and told me that my vehicle was park outside on the corner of the building, no one went out with me to inspect or show me anything about the new vehicle.

Upon arriving at the vehicle to see what I was supposed to be happy to received, I was not happy, first the vehicle was not cleaned after the vehicle was riding on the train and then the truck that carried it to the dealership, there were dirt spots on the truck, the rubber around the window had dirt built up on it, and the tires and wheels were filthy, the inside of the truck has scuff marks on the door and panel, I was not happy at all.

Now Jay, you see why I didn’t want to ship the vehicle to that location, there was no Customer Service at all, if I had another choice, I would make them redo my whole cleaning process again, but I don’t know what the contract between MAS and Woody Anderson.

I just recently purchased a new 2018 Jeep Compass, and Alan Goldman was such a huge help and made this process as stress free as possible. All of the paperwork was completed through emails and brief phone calls which made the process so much easier. Alan was able to give us every deal possible and he made us feel very comfortable. When I received the Jeep, it had a few electrical issues due to the car sitting for so long, Alan called the Jeep auto shop and got me in same day to get it looked at. The Jeep also has some wiring issues so I have to drop my Jeep off for 3-5 hours and Alan is making the appointment and offered me a rental car to help me get around while my car is in the shop. I highly recommend going to see Alan at the MAS on Vilseck post inside the PX. The Jeep compass was our dream family car and he made everything possible for us to be able to buy it. Thank you so much Alan Goldman!

Started off good until the check came, and that part was out of the way. 2 days shy of a month since the buyers offer was confirmed, and signed with all appropriate documentation. Still don't have the motorcycle that I purchased. Beware that if you buy a harley- davidson from any Bavarian MAS you will have a complicated process to even get to pick up the motorcycle. Also that's not the end of it when you do your 1,000 mile services guess what. Another hurdle to jump because the HD dealer in Mannheim doesn't honor that, so you will have to pay out of pocket, and then send paper work to a dealer in the states to be reimbursed. Why is that important, because the service is included in the price tag of the original purchase. But because Germany is very stingy its another hurdle. Also if you plan on buying a HD, you're supposed to get a $300 HD gift card, guess what!!!! You guessed it that also doesn't work here in Germany‍♂️‍♂️. What should have been a joyous occasion buying my first HD, turned into a pain in my saddle, and I still don't have my motorcycle. Maybe not all the blame is not on MAS, but they are a COG im the wheel. And everytime I needed answers someone who had answers were conveniently on vacation. If you wish to buy a HD, it might be best to just buy one stateside where the HD dealer actually operates like a HD dealer should.

Helped me get settled in to a car that suited our needs. Alan was extremely patient especially while waiting for us to finish with a previous car issue that was a total loss. Not your average car salesman. Helped us gain a selection we could choose from even with my credit being blown. Thank you Alan, may be back before I pcs. Thank you MAS

Extremely helpful and patient. Made it easy for me to understand the process of getting a car in Germany. Got the car on the day I was told it was going to arrive. Would recommend this place and to Alan if someone is looking for a vehicle.
