Great selections and a super pleasant staff! My wife and I have gone to other locations, but the staff here shows a lot of personality and excitement for when we have brought product in to sell. They show great passion for what they do and not just showing up for the job.

2nd Street Store in Pasadena, CA is a trendy second-hand consignment shop that has vintage apparel, shoes, and accessories for men and women. The store has a vast selection of vintage and slightly used inventory. Most of the product on the floor was in excellent condition. This is a charming store!

I come to this store often because they always have great deals. Today I stopped by and came away with a couple nice pickups and Jackson and Jeffrey helped me out with an authenticity check. Good people who definitely care about clothes and very knowledgeable about the brands they sell.

Been to a lot of second streets but what makes this one stand out is their store manager Jefferey. The guy went above and beyond to make my experience just perfect. I called the store back after leaving because I was very interested in a piece, and Jefferey went out of his way to send me great photos of the piece like I had asked him, and mentioned he can hold it for me until I can make it back in. Other staff is super friendly and helpful as well. Thank you second street Pasadena!

Highly recommend, the customer service is awesome!! Vy helped me out and I ended up finding so many great pieces. I’m not sure the managers name but he was so knowledgeable and everyone was beyond professional.

Probably the worst of all the 2nd streets as far as consignment wait times.

Staff was beyond inattentive — too busy having conversations about karaoke with other coworkers to be bothered.

I came in with 8 items, and within my wait time of 1.5 hours the person was only able to authenticate two items, and when I asked for an eta on the rest all they could say was “a while.” Professionalism was nonexistent, the person even told me how much they were marking up one of the two items I sold to them in comparison to what I was getting. I was paid $40 on an item they told us would be selling at 150.

By the rate at which my other two items were authenticated, if I had actually waited for the rest of my items to be authenticated I would have been there for 8 hours on a work shift with them.

The worst part was them telling me that the only way they can authenticate is with a chat system in Japan. Definitely do not trust a place that uses a chat system as an authentication service.

Don’t waste your time here, everything is beyond marked up and buyers clearly have no experience in what they’re doing.

観光でロサンゼルスに来た。日本の2nd streetが大好きで、パサデナにもあると知って楽しみに来た。

商品は綺麗に並んでいた。　一般のセレクトショップのようだ。
正直お店が狭いと思った。
この2倍の広さだったら、絶対欲しい物を見つけていただろう。　パサデナの家賃が高いんだろうなと思うと仕方ない。

ブランド品も多かった。
平均的サイズの自分のサイズがなかった。

記念に何か買いたかったが、残念だ。

近所に住んでたら間違いなく毎週はチェックする店にはなるだろう。
次の観光で来た時も絶対来たいと思う。

宝探し。そんなワクワクがあるお店なのだ。

Don’t sell here, waste of your time.

Waited for 3 hours and they just said no way to sell it because they just not going to finish it. Why not calling in an hour? What the fxxk, told me to come back in 2 hours now it’s no go? Show some respect to people’s time and patience, be professional and have some sense about time.
