Security guy was very nice and welcoming, and he explained to me about the store and sections.

I want to mention CALEB he Help me to get some information about Pants that I wanted to buy. He was very kind very professional and helpful,

The Asian girl at the register her name is UNA. Was very rude. Her behavior was disgusting towards me and she was knocking on my door to rush me and leave the fitting room. She was trying to finish her shift and leave by making me rush. She decided to be kind after she find out I’m about to spend 700 $ When she rang me up.. I won’t be back to that store, UNA behavior was horrible very rude. That’s how not you treat your customers.

Shout out to Dante and the other pretty girl at the counter. Both were so nice and professional. In and out in 45m. Sold 3 pairs of kicks, 4 shirts and given a fair price. Don’t come expecting hundreds of dollars for your used goods but they are absolutely pleasant and not scammers.

Surprised I had never seen this location before. They have great selection and variety of clothing for all budgets, from affordable, basics, designer and high end. Absolutely loved all the shoes they had, I found a pair of New Rocks but unfortunately they were 2 sizes of mine. The store has attentive security guards and it is also easy to navigate. The staff was very busy but would help you if you needed. Met one of their associates Dante who was very friendly and appreciated the exchange of words we have at the store, makes the experience better, ended up purchase a vegan leather shoulder bag in mint condition, and a vintage leather waist belt and definitely come back to show more support.

Wish I had read reviews before attempting to sell an Off-White FW 2019 top. I waited nearly two hours while they "authorized" the clothing. I had to walk back into the store as I never received a call back and was offered $25. As if it was a donation lol. As a warning to potential sellers and customers, the staff consists of arrogant, failed fashion students. How is this place still open and operating? Who can say? Sell anywhere but here

Store is a rip off, they have no idea on how to buy items. They low ball people with disrespectful offering on items that go for way more than they buy for. They also laugh and whisper amongst each other about what they giving you. I feel that’s a little disrespectful and unprofessional, that’s how I know they are ripping people off. 8 bucks for a brand new pair of jeans with a tag 4 bucks for a track suit 38 dollars for Rick Owen’s x veja with box still more wearable than anything on their shelf I was amazed at the disrespect but hey life ain’t fair right. I’ll never sell anything again because of this bad experience.

The absolute biggest waste of my time. Not only would the location on union square refuse to buy during store hours, but when I drop off my bag at this location at 6 pm, they tell me it will be 40 minutes. Okay. An hour and a half later they finally get to my bag and offer me $5 for shoes that were brand new and never worn, worth $100. A total lowball. Staff are rude and slow and if they had given honest time quote maybe I would feel different. But I’m pissed! Such an insulting price and a waste of my time!!

Do NOT sell here. Had to wait 40 minutes for them to check my items and give me a quote and that end of it, completely low balled me. Their tactic is to make you wait long enough to where you get so fed up, you throw in the towel and sell to them for whatever they ask for. Don’t even try to negotiate or ask questions, as you’ll be met with attitude and indifference! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else 🙂

Just tried entering this thrift with my boyfriend and was told by an employee and a security guard that there was a line (there was no line) and then proceeded to watch 10-15 people walk in. Seemed pretty homophobic in my opinion. Will NOT be returning to this location
