I understand profits go toward a good cause and I appreciate that, but prices are so high that stuff will sit on the shelves for weeks. Even half off no one has purchased them. I suggest pricing things more reasonably so you can sell through old stock and put new things on the shelves. Pricing things as high as you do will deter shoppers from visiting your store, especially if it's the same expensive stuff multiple weeks in a row. As someone who buys vintage items from thrift stores multiple times a month I assure you it'll bring your cause more profits to make your donations more affordable. Especially since there's a lot of competition in the area (a lot of other thrift stores).

Very very rude staff. Will NEVER shop here. I called to ask if y'all had a specific item. She couldn't tell me.not did she offer to look. I am handicapped and can't do all the walking and standing or I would have just come in and look. So she told me to come took and I said it's ok I will just order it and she hung up on me. I was trying to spend my money on a good cause but I will find some places else

First time visiting this thrift shop. The cashier was helpful to me. I found 3 pairs of shoes for under $28. Thank you so much for all the donations given to 2nd Hand thift. God bless

As an Estate sale company, they are eager to accept my companies donation. We often have great items that are not trash worthy, but so needed by others. By working hand in hand, we can provide much needed items at fair prices to those in need or looking for a great deal. The world is now so expensive. Shop here- make life affordable again!

The guy (white male, wears bandana on his head, leather vest) that works outside that takes in the inventory is very rude. Seems as though it's only towards "certain" individuals. This was my second time making a donation. He didn't even bother to take the box of shoes I had, I placed it on the ground and he just left it there on the ground as he unloaded other people vehicles that came after me. That's okay. I will not be back to make any more donations.

This new location is awesome! This is not a resale shop. All donations go towards Turning Point Macomb, a non-profit emergency shelter for survivors of domestic abuse/violence. They help so many ways, providing counseling, temporary shelter,
encouragement and guidance for the future. Second Hand Rose is a great place to shop, the store is spotless, everyone is very helpful and upbeat, items are in great shape, lots of variety, and sizes. You can find some great buys, many things with tags on, and be a blessing to families and kids at the same time! Plus, it's a good feeling to know exactly where your $ and donations are going. It's a great feeling to be a part of this organization by bringing in donations and dropping in to shop. God Bless!
