The place is always clean and looks nice, but as a male, shopping here is always really disappointing. The selection is very limited and the stuff they do have is not good. Also when I try to sell good clothes to them, they don't hardly take anything. Shooting themselves in the foot... I don't think they actually know what is on trend, at least for guys. I'll go to Plato's closet over here any day.

Sophie was absolutely kind and always had a smile on her face the store was in perfect order clean and smelled amazing! I love this store so much and I always find something special when I’m in there. I 1000% recommend this location for your shopping experience.

Very poor customer service. It was my first time going into this store I had brought in a lot of nice things and they were rude when I asked questions about how it worked. I had also asked if there were other place that would buy my more formal clothes and the older lady was super rude and responded with I’ve been in this business for way too long long no one will buy your stuff. I would not recommend going to this location

A good place to dump your "basic girl/mom" clothes and get a small amount of cash if you don't want to sell on Poshmark. The buyers at this location do not seem to be very knowledgeable about what they are buying unless it is Old Navy or something from a fast fashion brand. Do not take anything *worth* more than $20 that is good quality, trending, and barely used. For example, I brought some new Free People garments that were barely used (if at all), that were top rated on the site and was offered $15 for the lot.....and I have seen what they price their Free People stuff at.

I have sold here (and at one in Los Angeles) quite a few times, and while I understand how the buying process works, every location has different demographics, having to pay your overhead while making a profit, etc. and all that considered, they basically offer you nothing. I am not expecting a ton of money, but I have sold to places like Rocket-A-Go-Go and got way more for way less. There are also other resell places that know brands and well-made trendy garments that are worth something (that aren't Gucci and any other brand they may have heard about from a celebrity) that pay decent. Thankfully, this is the last of my "basic girl/mom clothes" that I am dropping here.

Nice organized store, the cashier was very helpful and sweet. I love the jeans I got today!! First purchase today, it won’t be the last! I just moved here from TN on March 27, 2023! I go tanning at palm beach tan and noticed several people going in and out, so I checked it out myself! I love it!

I have tried to sell clothes to the Scottsdale and Peoria locations 3 times. They state they buy clothes every day and they have turned me away stating their buy counter is closed because “they are full for the day” or “we decided not to open the buy counter (no reason given)”. Zero stars for my three attempts to sell my name brand clothes and they’re never accepting buys!!!

Of all the thrift stores/second hand stores Ive gone to Uptown Cheapskate is by far my favorite ❤️ They have such a wide selection of items and everything is in good to near perfect condition. You get your moneys worth !
