My name is Morgan, and I just have to say that Let em Ride autos are one of the BEST. I got my car a couple years back from them and finally paid it off a few months ago. They were so helpful and sweet throughout our years knowing each other. They even sent me a hand written letter along with my title saying how much they appreciated me and congratulating me. I was actually sad to have to make my last payment to them!! The girls there knew me by name and would chat me up everytime I called, asking about my grandma, who I had told them like a year ago was sick. The fact they remembered those small details made my experience even more memorable. I will never forget these girls. If youre even doubting for a second if you should go through them, DONT. They treat you like family ♡ Love you guys and I'll miss you so much!!

Horrible disgusting place … they were rude and tried to treat me as if I was stupid. They wanted me to test drive a car that smelled disgusting like someone just puffed a cigarette. And it that wasn’t bad the drivers seat belt did not click…. They had a very “well that’s the way it is” demeanor and I asked if there was something they could do about the smell and they gave me an “not my problem” answer… After being in the car I was itching all over the car was filthy and they claimed they cleaned it but I pointed out all the dirty parts which where everywhere and they said “well we do the best we can” which looks like the best is nothing at all … if I could rate 0 I could. AND ALSO as I even pulled in a customer yelled to me and said “DONT DO IT U WILL REGRET IT” and I am so thankful that I did. Would never in a million years recommend.

I have been to many repair shops and this one has been by far the best in service, repairs and very reasonable pricing.
I was greeted immediately and Justin was simply put, exceptional! He answered my questions, thoroughly and explained that I had many options. My Lexus has seen better days but he was able to me taken care of cheaper and quicker than what others had quoted me. One happy camper here. Highly recommended.

I’ve been with let ‘em ride auto since I first moved to Dallas 3 1/2 years ago. So far I’ve gotten two very good cars from them ! Brandi and Marcella are AMAZING ladies up front. Any time I ever had questions on something or just a simple tow they made sure to get the job done. Very understand , very kind, and always professional ! I always get their voices confused when I call and we’ll joke and laugh ending the conversation always on a good note . Thank you let ‘em ride for always being great people and my number 1 car lot !!
