Horrible experience! Definitely got sold a lemon. I bought a Jeep Commander from them, on test drive there was a little smoke coming from the exhaust and I pointed it out to salesman and asked if he would be willing to help me get whatever issue it was fixed because I liked the vehicle and he agreed and said they would take it to there mechanic. After diagnosis I was told it would cost 700 to fix and so I aggreed and payed for the work. After getting it back the problem still existed and was told to just drive it and it would eventually stop smoking. It did not. After returning the sent me to their mechanic and after speaking with him all he did was change the oil from conventional to synthetic.
So I payed Dixe Motors 700 for an oil change.
Very shady, would avoid buying a vehicle here at all cost.
After taking the jeep to jeep dealership for diagnosis after all this I was told it couldn't be fixed the motor was un fixable. When I went back to dealership with this info I was told there was nothing they could do.

These guys are amazing. Shout out to Solomon. Fantastic service. No pushy salesman tactics. We purchased a beautiful 2011 Dodge Ram with high miles. The transmission on a Dodge diesel is their weakest point and had never been replaced with 200,000 miles. Solomon gave us an option for peace of mind for an extended warranty on our purchase that covered the next 100,000 miles or 5 years. Plus the vehicle had new tires, trailer hitch in the bed, Laramie package with leather, rear camera, tailgate assist, factory remote start, all stock vehicle with beautiful shiny white and tan two-tone paint. The financing was quick in and out no hassle and on the road. Great dealership which has been in business for 40+ years family owned business. Dad, uncle, and (2) brothers.
