This place is amazing! I had 2 items and they were slammed and still were able to fit me in! Alexandra went above and beyond with amazing customer service and I got a great return on my items that I wanted to sell! Would recommend 10/10!

staff leaves a lot to be desired - personality clearly can't be trained, either you have it, or you don't. the staff in the store on Thursday (1/23) did not have that.
the selection was good, prices are decent. Lots of clothing had makeup stains - not sure if it's bought like that or from people trying on clothing.

Had THE best morning since Yesterday be been to SLC! Thrifting with the ladies from work training and got some amazing finds! Got all leather Eitenne Aigner boots for $22 on the clearance rack!! The store was very neatly organized by color and size! Loved it! Made my first day off perfect

Selling my clothes here for the first time. They required that anyone selling the first time had to stay in the store even though they had my phone number? Took over an hour.
This is a ridiculous rule and obviously meant to get people to buy from them and look at their clothes. Other people sitting waiting on the floor. Really a mess and Plato’s closest runs this type of business much better. Will not be shopping or selling here again. And I do not recommend selling here unless you feel like staying in the store.
Additionally no parking at this location

cute store but THE CUSTOMER SERVICE horrendous. went there to sell a few items and immediately felt dismissed rather than acknowledged by any of the employees. no eye contact. no smile. no greeting. my first time there despite them talking to me as if i was supposed to know what to do and didn't inform me of what to do until i was already standing there for a few minutes. i also caught the employees talking about me amongst themselves after i stepped out and came back in. it was giving mean girls and caught me off guard since i rarely have experiences with poor customer service. there was nothing i had done or said to initiate any of that disrespect.
