I wish google would allow for less than one star this place is an absolute dump everytime we come in products and items are on the floor the staff members are extremely unfriendly and it’s so busy that the line up expands around the store. While I was shopping and in line a lady who is known at this location (customer) comes up behind me and hits me hard in the back with her cart she yelled sorry but kept pushing by people when my fiance said back be careful next time this customer was swearing at us calling as all sorts of names we brought this up to the staff member and they said she is known to behave this way because of her disability… I don’t know if someone has a disability that gives no right to act that way in public nothing was done and she was acting the same way towards other customers. Security needs to be brought in as this a high crime area we will never be shopping at this dump again. Avoid at all costs considering the prices for garbage is insane.

I love this place, it's the best place to spend a couple of dollars and buy something useful. By saving money and caring about the land, people throw away so much, and thanks to goodwill, we do not allow the amount of garbage to increase. And sometimes things are waiting new and with tags. The workers are very diligent, they stack everything and keep everything in its right place.

Good store! A large assortment! Men's, women's and children's clothing. Goods for the kitchen, household appliances, furniture, wedding dresses, decor elements. Very friendly and polite staff! Children's toys, bedding, travel bags and jewelry.
Perfect for those who have just arrived in Canada and need to urgently equip housing

Got some attitude from an employee. Asked to see some electronics for sale behind the counter. “Uh, no. We aren’t allowed to open anything behind the counter.” I asked what if what’s in the box isn’t what’s stated on the box? I said I’m sure she was allowed to open it so I could see what was in the box. She replied with a sigh and eye roll. She opened the box so I could look. Sure enough, wasn’t the item stated on the box. I said that’s why you always check first. Her reply, “I suppose you don’t want it now?”

More like greedwill... the store is huge and offers a great selection but they are one of the highest priced thrift store chains around. Prices for used items they got for FREE are equal to actual retail prices for the same item when it brand new, its kind of ridiculous.

Needed to change my 4 month old and Lenore was extremely rude. When I asked if there was somewhere to change a diaper like a bathroom I was told no, then she complained I didn't have something to put down on a nearby table. She also told me (wrongly) that the cashier can't throw out a diaper. Clearly not a store for families, though the rest of the staff read extremely friendly

I find this goodwill store to be way over priced, some of the paintings and even simple drinking cups are more then you would pay at home sense. And I’ve also noticed some of the new staff that don’t speak English much are rude and don’t care. I would rather go to value village where at least I get a good customer service and the prices are somewhat decent.
