First visit. Looking for a local place to consign and landed here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Though I was directed to stand in line when I first entered (which I did for over 10 minutes), and should have been directed to go to the back. (If you are bringing in clothes to sell, go to the back room!)

Staff helped get my items on hangers (they ask that items come in on hangers, but will supply them if you need them) and told me about the process. Since it was my first drop off, they had me shop around for about 10 minutes while they looked over the 8 sweaters and 6 pants I brought in.

The store feels a little cluttered and crowded, but it really is run and organized well. (I was there on a 'drop off Friday' too, which I think added to the crowdy-ness.) And everyone was very friendly and helpful.

They accepted most of my items, and returned the others. I'll call in a few days to see when they hit the sales floor and check on their status. So far, a great consignment process.

Love this store!! I takes a few minutes to go thru a lot of items BUT found a leather Stone Mountain purse and a Brand New glitter Kate Spade wallet ( never used)
It's fun to look & very exciting to find treasures

I've been going to Consignment Clothiers since the 90's. I remember when they were twice the size stire they are now. The Customer Service is always on point and very professional. I recommend this place. I live the preview shows. They give you 5 days to pickup you item that are won on the Facebook show, opposed to the 1 day some offer. I hope you will check them out

For anyone that has any doubt on how awesome this store is… just let me tell you this…. Been shopping here for DECADES ?. Shop here once and you’ll be hooked! They have EVERYTHING at great prices! The employees are very welcoming and sweet!

Great clothing and apparel, but I've had some disappointing customer service. If you ever win anything on the auction, please make sure you write everything down and keep track of all your items. I've had a bad experience where they will pass your items to one of there favorites customer's. I do not like establishments that are unfair and that do not appreciate their loyal customers that shop on a regular and consistent basis. Customer appreciation is important because they keep your business thriving.
