The ladies working in the store pick and choose whom to be nice too. They all seem very snooty and turn their nose up to certain people. I have shopped in there quite a few times and have been treated the same way every time when I visit the establishment. It's really a shame because I am a human being as well and just because they think I don't have money doesn't mean I don't. I may go back I may not but I definitely don't recommend this store to people that don't have money.

Been here 3 times since new ownership/management took over. Prices are noticeably higher, and the clothing racks are jam-packed full, making it difficult to see the clothes. Made a purchase of $19 and change, New cashier wouldn't stamp frequent customer card. Mind you, I'm a long-time customer and consigner with several stamps on my current card. They changed the whole consignment process around (without warning) and are rude if you don't follow along. It's much more congested now in their tiny staging room, and you're unable to see what they've kept. All 3 recent experiences in this new tight area have been complete confusion for us, with little room to move in and out. And the lady who works back in the little room doesn't help. Just in her own little world. Probably because she's tucked away back where she can't see what is happening at the intake door. I miss the days of being greeted at the door and treated as part of the consignment sales team. I will never understand why people have to change a good thing. I give this new store a year like this and they'll be out of business. ?

I called prior to coming in to bring some dresses in to see what I needed to have prepared before I came because I needed to make child care arrangements to come. Being mindful that this isa place with breakable items and want to have the courtesy to not bring small children in with me just incase. I finally get there and the lady says I need 10 items to start an account and I didn't have 10 items so she said "come back when you have 10 items" and I said I called earlier and no one said that to me. That would have been nice to know before making the trip out here and the lady couldn't even look me in the eyes she just kept working. I had beautiful dresses with tags on them still never worn. Their loss. I will be taking my business elsewhere just because she was so rude.

I absolutely love this place. I stop in at least 2 times per week and continue to spread the word to others. If you shop here as often as I do; take the time to bring in items to sell; no guilt shopping is the result! Staff is very friendly and the place is well organized with quick turnover. If you like something, be sure to buy it before someone else beats you to it.

I have been a customer here for many years and the customer service has gotten so bad I get anxiety stepping foot into this building. I brought a few items in today and was greeted with “what items do you have” and an attitude. No “hi how are you” after I walked in with a smile and said hello. A little bit of kindness goes along way especially with a small business. Being short staffed does not give you the ability to be rude to customers.This is not the first time that has happened and I hear it often times when I am shopping, how rude they are to people bringing their items in. I will never step foot into this location ever again and I will be sure to tell many others to do the same. I have never went out of my way to write a poor Google review until now. I really hope you do better.
