First time, great impression! They had lots available! Little expensive but not as high as the stores and online! I was very happy with my purchases!
118$ boots on Amazon for 18$ here. I saved!
Sandals were high they were 20$ only 27$ on Amazon !
But happy with them!
They had so much to chose from, didn't look at all the stuff!

The staff was rude and they never smile they look absolutely miserable. It took me 3 trips to sell a basket of clothing due to the said we're busy and short staffed. It didn't look busy to me it a good thing they don't have stressful jobs. They kept 3 item !! Of a basket full of all high end clothes,said was too old. I looked closely at their inventory before I took anything to be sure in same lines. Some of their clothes are Temu,Shein, Walmart, Target,etc. mine were not nor were they old they had tags on them current styles and I looked each item up before taking. They should take a minute to educate themselves and if going to charge new prices should at least upscale a little. It depends on their mood as to what they buy. The toboggan wearing person that waited on me my second trip made a comment " well this is where all the cool people shop so we are busy" and it was NOT with a smile. I hate that it didn't work out.

I am very happy with the selection at Plato's closet in Kingsport, Tennessee. I've bought several designer purses and wallets there along with two-piece sets and North face jackets. You have to go often because they're always getting new inventory

The store is SMALL! Also they haven’t even updated to the QR code system yet.

On the flip they take items until 5pm. Very particular and picky with what they take but I guess that makes for a better experience as a shopper not a seller.

Overall good customer service, the girls were kind and quick. Store was organized and holiday-spirited.

Wish i could rate negative stars. This place is the WORST! usually go here to get stuff since it’s cheaper but the selection is trash and i just brought in a bag FULL of brand new denim, athletic wear, sweaters all the stuff they claim they need that didn’t fit me. BRAND NEW. They took literally not one thing claiming it was all spring and summer. Also the ladies that work there are so rude everytime i go in and they all seem like they hate their life. i’d recommend literally any other store ever don’t waste you me time or gas money even going. so annoying never going back

Well today my granddaughter went in cause she knew they had Lululemon leggings well what time she was trying to look at them a store employee came over pulled them off the rack when we ask why, we was was told they were pulling them for some kind of sale. I'm no business woman but if I'm standing there with cash in hand willing to pay marked prices why would you pull them for a future sale. The employee was very nice about it either.

I honestly wouldn't recommend taking clothes here. I took like 4 bags and two totes full of brand new from where I closed my store front and then some of my own; they picked through them. They took the bare minimum and gave me $60, just annoyed that I took the the time to load my car up just for them to only take a couple of items.. I will not ne supporting them anymore. I would honestly rather just donate the clothes and get nothing for it; because thar is more rewarding than wasting my time taking clothes into this place.
