Mixed feelings.

Large store, good selection of mens stuff.
Lots of women’s stuff things like name brand shoes or hand bags must be purchased with cash.

No sales/marked down items year round. Except for what I think was told Labor Day?

Things are kind of expensive for second hand clothing I thought things would be more starting at $3.99 but most stuff seems to be $10 and more for one piece of clothing. There was this tiny gray crop top for $9.99 and I’m just like but why tho? While there is okay clothing surprisingly - I guess I was expecting it to be similar to Plato’s. If it’s spring summer why would someone want to pay $14.99 + for a sweater/cardigan ? It seems like it should be reduced a little as it’s now not in season. Push stuff out lower to bring in all the new stuff at higher value to balance the loss
 Idk.

I waited for an hour for $5
that was probably the biggest let down.

Still decent place. Nice things.

Hate to have to give 2 stars but I used to love selling here a few years ago. They used to take more items than anywhere else around and paid the best. However, recently (around the past 2 years) they have not been taking a single item, even brand new or currently on trend items. Additionally I have had to wait upwards of an hour or more even when no other customers were present. To top it off most of the employees have not been the nicest.

My daughter drove the first time, not knowing the hours for them to look at her clothes and the lady cut her off at the door and it was too late to come back point blank. Round 2 today, she took her items and told her it would be about an hour before they would be able to give her a price. Well we went back and she said she was just starting it and would need 10 minutes. She waits 15 minutes and goes back in. The lady told her she could only accept 1 shirt of all items, that they don't accept long sleeves off season, or scarves ever. She could have taken 2 minutes when we first got there and to glance through them to say that. We were there almost 2 hours for this woman to once again be rude and short with my daughter.
We have shopped there a few times, but after today we will not be giving any business to them nor will we recommend the business. What a horrible experience and attitude to have towards people. Plain language for what you will accept would be extremely helpful as well as a hint of politeness when working with the public.
Side note about the parking lot... It is a small space that could cause an accident as there is barely space to park and back up.

I have sold here many times in the past and have even recommended selling to many people, but I doubt I'll be back anytime soon after today.

A couple months ago we called and asked if they were buying, were told yes, so we immediately went (we live 1.5miles away). We were turned away despite telling them we called.

Today, I dropped off a Ross bag full of Lane Bryant, Torrid, and Hot Topic clothes 75% NWT. They didn't buy a single item claiming that they have "too much in that size" so if you are a size 18-24 don't bother.

There isn't really another place locally that I can recommend, but I sold all my things pretty quickly on Facebook Marketplace for about $10 an item.

I dropped off 4 trash bags of clothes.. many with tags still attached and all in fashion. They told me it would take an hour to look through them. I had to have a family member arrange to pick them up where I was at work before they closed. They took NONE OF MY CLOTHES. Not one single item. Pathetic. Also all the clothes they do have are way overpriced and no one there acts like they even want to work. They hardly even told me hello. Save your time and effort and avoid this place altogether. Will never go back.

I love/loved to shop here but am on the fence about going back. I sold many items to them last summer and used the credit to purchase even more. I have since taken items three times and not one item was bought which made no sense at all as they were within season. I was later told that this is why they ask for your license before they lo9k through the items-they have ado not buy from list. Why would they have this? If there is an issue with an item after the fact why not talk to the customer? Has anyone else heard this or know anything about a ban list. If true I will not shop here again. If my items are not good enough to sell then the items that you choose to buy are not worth my money.

Prices too high. Shop Plato's. They are more friendlier too.
