I really like shopping here, but I just feel disappointed in their second hand buying. I used to be able to bring in a box of clothes (not overly worn at all) and get decent cash back. Now they’ve gotten a little pickier but then I walked around the store and see shoes with toes prints and dirt but a shirt with tags still on it they won’t take 🤷🏼‍♀️ even brought in some jeans I KNOW I wore maybe twice and could tell you those times. I think there should be someone checking the clothes that knows the trends right now. I brought in many brand new crop tops and brand new Maurice jeans which they said they could only take a few pieces and offer a whole $5. Then asked if I wanted to take my stuff back or donate. I donated but I honestly kicked myself for this decision as I feel they will end up putting the "donated stuff" on the shelves to sell which if that is what they do, I'd be very upset as your willing to sell it but not willing to give me a little for it. I don't know what donate technically means when they ask but they should elaborate as to what they will do with the items if donated. I've found great deals at this store but the selling to it makes me feel like Plato's closet where they buy more not great stuff and don't buy stuff that's brand new and good condition.

I got pretty much everything I needed for my new baby from here, other than the stuff that I wanted/needed to buy brand new. I just love that the prices are so great and they have a huge selection of home decor, clothing for everyone, baby stuff, maternity stuff, etc.

I usually drop anywhere from $100-almost $200 every time I come here and I don’t ever feel bad about it because it’s cute stuff that I actually use, wear, etc. also it’s just a pleasant shopping experience every time. Some places you go to you get claustrophobic and it’s just way too busy feeling, but this place just always has good and relaxing vibes even if there’s a bunch of shoppers in the store. They recently moved some stuff around so I was going back and forth a few times when I went with my husband and daughter yesterday.

The only reason I know about this place is because my husband delivered water to them and now we love going together. It’s just truly a cute, good place and I wish them all the best 🫶🏻

Prices keep going up. It is not consistent pricing and don't bring an unpriced item up to the register because it will always be priced higher than the other similar items you picked up. I bought $100 worth of toddler clothes and was refused to keep any hangers even though some items were little baby girl dresses that need a hanger. I mean I understand you want to keep hangers but if someone asks and is spending a good amount, you should be more flexible. Leaves you wondering if it's time to start shopping elsewhere. Overall it is a nice place but definitely has changed and prices keep climbing.

I have had fantastic experiences at Owls Nest clothing store! They offer amazing deals on used kids' items, making it a great place for parents looking to save. The process for dropping off clothes to sell is incredibly easy, and I love that I can receive trading credit in return. The store itself is huge, offering a wide variety of options. Whether you're buying or selling, Owl’s Nest is definitely worth a visit!

Best thrift store around! I love their selection and the store is always clean. All the staff is so helpful and they offer fair prices for used items! They have a toy/play area for the kids which is great and I get all my home decor here too! 10/10

Have sold three loads of women’s, kids and household items in the past week while helping a family member get organized. I found the process to be quick and fair. The store is beautiful and clean and the prices are great (I also did some shopping each time I went). Don’t sleep on this gem!
