This place feels like a real charity. They have a donation box at the checkout counter.

While there’s a small selection of men’s clothing, the women’s clothing section stands out, offering sizes ranging from 00 to XXXL for the same low price—around $4. Including some wedding dresses, but I didn’t catch the price. The fitting rooms are spacious featuring a large mirror, a roomy bench and a shelf to hold your personal belongings.

The store offers a bit of everything: tools, furniture, bed frames, shelving, books, lamps, shoes, children’s items, pet supplies, glassware, outdoor gear, exercise equipment, cast iron cookware, records, DVDs, CDs, pillows, curtains, quilts, blankets, wall art, small crafts, yarn, mesh ribbon, serger, greeting cards, craft fabric, couches, coffee/end tables, hair dryer and other miscellaneous items.

They also have a discount system. It’s a color-coded scavenger hunt where red tags are 25% off, green tags are 50% off and yellow tags are 75% off. On top of that they offer a loyalty program on their website. Their prices are truly affordable, making it a pleasure to shop here. I’m excited to return and to donate items. What’s great is that the store doesn’t feel cluttered or filled with junk; the items are in good condition.

I’ve been shopping here for years and I used to love it and it was my main thrift store but lately it’s gotten so bad. The prices are genuinely ridiculous, it’s cluttered full of items that they can’t sell because they over price it. For example, there was 3 rusty saws in the middle section where they put tools and electronics $25 a PIECE. They had a scratched weather damaged bedside table for $40 and forget buying bookshelves (what I wanted to buy) because they had around 15 EMPTY bookshelves and none were for sale 🙃 this place used to be so great but they Henrik élu have gotten so greedy with the prices from the (free) donated goods that it’s overcrowding the store and running away business. It’s way to often I see more people walking out empty handed than with anything. I will not be back, and that’s hard for me to say because it’s for a good cause and I used to love it so so much but it’s ran by greedy pricing that makes NO SENSE 💔💔

This is a beautiful thrift store with every penny going to benefit the Johnson City Humane Society. The store is clean and well organized and the staff is very friendly.

Lovely employees, very nice merchandise with low prices, I love their books - paperbacks 49 cents & hardback books . 99 cents. All sales go to help the Humane Society. People donate nice things. Furniture too -

Wags to Riches : is a great place to go, when the kids are at school. If you want a Really very pleasant shopping trip. Go to Wags and Riches you won't be disappointed.

Assistance good except "manager.".manager would rather not sell something than to let it be priced appropriately. Manager turns away volunteer offer to assist her or shoppers to make promises to shoppers unfulfilled while helping someone else instead. She negatively talks about shoppers to staff at the register, too. If manager goes, would be a good place to shop
