I came in yesterday and despite that I was the only client the store associate was continuously telling me no, we are not buying this and gave me the verbal list of what are they buying without even offering to at least look through the items I offer. Besides there is no dressing room in this huge store. So I won't come back to this place.

First let me say the place is clean and well organized no funky smell lile savers . Super disapointed with their selection . The designer bags and wallet are very close to retail unless beat up damaged or stain than its about half off for beyond repair bags .it use to be a lot of semi luxury to luxury brand now it has become ridiculous . Jeans r brand u find at tj max or ross for 15 to 30$ used .no big names clothes were zara ( which is now fast fashion) they were reselling FREE lv outfit given to staff for a 150$ ? the prices are out of control and ridiculous . Few michael kors ( you ate better off going to the outlet) and some brand u find at macys.... this isnt what it used to be prices went up and quality went down. Lv prada and gucci were so close to retail i rather buy it in store new with the dust bag box and insured.this store doesnt really saves you moneythey also scalp on old beat up model over 3k for a beat up speedy they are out of touch with reality. You can buy this designer bags online from reputable resell website for half what eco town charges. Hard pass for this store ....

2/29 update. Bargain hunters dig. Because they're not great at pricing all items at "normal" used prices, you can bottom dig bargains. I got a perfectly working Canon Elph 130IS for just $2!! because they didn't know the failed sd card in the slot was causing the errors. Replace the sd card, and it works fine! Nice!!

Selling. FV branch is quieter and less busy than the CM branch for selling.
If you bring electronics and such, they'll give you a decent price on these. 8" miix2 8 tablet, voice recorder, Pentax mx-1 camera, watches - netted a nice $260~ given the age.
Other items, meh, $1-5, but they'll take some things that other shops won't, while refusing furniture, etc - stuff that's hard to move fast. Clothing is bought based on the season.

A nice used goods store with a wide range of products, clothes, and electronics. Some of the gear goes back a decade (like cameras) or more (like cassette decks), while others are quite new (like PlayStation 4). Because they buy used, their stock will constantly change like any thrift or pawn shop, so it's good to go in weekly to find new bargains (like $0.99 new inkjet cartridges). This shop has more cameras and camcorders and bicycles than the Santa Ana branch. Very clean overall, good organization, friendly and helpful staff.

I think the other location has better quality stuff, but this store is really big with plenty of parking.

Very clean, even the bathrooms were spotless. I found a table I've been looking for for ever. If you're on your way to the Guitar Center do yourself a favor STOP HERE FIRST! Guitars, amplifiers sound effects, cable's.

Clean, Bright, and NO funky thrift store smell. They don't give too much for trade-ins, but selection is varied especially if you are looking for some gunpla or other used items imported from Japan. However, the inventory will probably change to more American products over time. Items include electronics, media, clothing, instruments, toys and models, and furniture.
