I cant evaluate any car as obviously we did not end up buying anything here.

Baseem is a real scammer. Be careful. He is pushing you to give a deposit that he will never give you back. As in any other place you should be able to use it for down payment but here, the money goes to him with no explanation or justification. He cant even give you a proper reason...

Additionally you need to follow up every single day for an answer. He is never replying, he is only picking up phone calls and even once we had to go personally again to understand why is everything taking so long… a process I was able to fix in 10 days with a proper company it took 1 month for Basseem to answer… and obviously his answer was always negative he was never interested in selling a car but scamming the money. His own words: “You dont know how to deal”. How can you say that to a customer…

Please dont waste your time, nice cars that will give you only headache … Buy somewhere else…

If you want to buy a car from here, look for someone named Firaz, he gave a very good service, he sent the car for a test before selling it, and he followed up on the minor defects to be fixed, and in the end he delivered me a car in like new condition.

If I could give a big 0 I would. Before reading our story DON’T BUY AT THIS DEALERSHIP or have the car checked BEFORE purchase by someone you trust. We bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee in January at this dealership. According to the dealer the Jeep was properly looked after and serviced on time by official Jeep garages (remember this part for later). But at the moment the car has been more at the garage than at our place. So first, after purchase, we wanted to do a check up at the garage where the warranty was. The garage made up this huge list of repairs (which of course were not under warranty) but the dealer said it was a rip off and not to do it. We trusted him and didn't do it. Just had a small maintenance done. Then the check engine light popped up and the car was having a lot of trouble starting in the morning and white smoke with a terrible smell was coming out of the exhaust pipe(this was all in the first week after purchase). We went to another garage who replaced the spark plugs for this. But the problem kept on persisting and one morning the car just didn't start anymore. Went back to the second garage we were at and apparently the alternator and engine starter were broken. This was fixed. The day after repair the problem was still there and this time the garage dismanteled the whole engine as they couldn't tell where the problem was from. We trust this garage as they film everything every time and explain what the problem is and my father working in the car sector confirms their explanation. Verdict: the head gasket is broken which broke down the alternator and engine starter in the first place. There are parts in the engine that are apparently clearly from an after market but the dealer said it was properly maintained by Jeep How can a car that was properly serviced and looked after by its original consession have that much problems? Don’t start with ‘it’s Jeep and it’s a second hand’ when you sell a car as a dealer and you say the car is in perfect/good shape, this doesn’t happen.

The car they sold was a write off due to flooding so please check the car international the car is a complete nightmare
They sold a car that looks good at first sight but then it turns out it had so much damages, the current damage is over 40k and ongoing. They will do an inspection of the car but that is not enough if you want to buy from them, then go and get a proper garage to check the car and the km if they are real or faked, even if you spend a few k to get the car properly checked for new cars llc Dubai , this is really necessary

I bought infinity car from this dealer's showroom and dealt with Mr. Ilyas. From the day first until now, it has been almost half year and he was very helpful, very attentive and professional. He helped me with all documents, answered all my calls and questions whenever I had. He was very patient, after purchasing the car like about 5 months later car got halted with some gear error message on the road. I had one year warranty, but because I was not able to find the paper, initially comes out they did not actually give me that paper. But because he promised that nothing would happen with car and if something happens to come to him, so I did and he took my car to check, repair again and make a new warranty. Even it took almost a month to wait we are very thankful to Ilyas for being professional at his job, very kind and helpful.

Me. Abdul latif is truly a gentlemen who provided a great service to me. I got my first car through him, he basically handled the whole process smoothly. From getting the car to registration, insurance everything within a week.

I will totally recommend the showroom they have great service at good cost. I am happy!!!

Liars and frauds.

They sold us a Mini Cooper Countryman (mentioning it as GCC spec) with some major engine issues (coolant leakage which needed engine overhauling, oil leakage, engine coil issue etc) and accident history. The car was repainted as well.

Just a week post purchase started feeling vibration on steering wheel, misfiring and later on to a never ending saga of break downs. Car once halted midway on E311 with smoke coming out of the bonnet, my wife was driving with kids, just imagine.

Spend around 20,000 dhs, with multiple garages, horrible experience. Fix one issue, other one pops up, finally decided to get rid of it.

Please don't deal with them. My mistake actually, "No one can fool us, unless we let them to".
