I wasted so much time going to other dealers to find the Jeep Wrangler I was looking for. Benson was 2 hours away in a different state but proved to be the best choice. The internet sales team blew me away with their level of customer service. No other local dealership came close to the deal I got with Benson. I didn't want to drive 2 hours away to get a new car but I am glad I did. 90% of the paperwork was done before I arrived. The Jeep was detailed and sitting up front for me. I was in and out in a matter of minutes (not hours) and back on the road driving home in my new Jeep. Best car buying experience I have ever had.

The sales associate we talked with was great and helped walk me through the process. The finance manager was great and moved quickly. The best part was that the finance manager did not go overboard trying to sell me on extended warranties. She gave an overview and I declined and that was it. Thats a great experience.
All in all though, the truck I got had much more features for the price than other dealers I found and I felt that I got everything I wanted at the price range I wanted.

The only complaint I have is with the person who they brought in to negotiate the loan terms. He made several statements that didn't make sense. He claimed that my credit report didn't look as good because of not having an auto loan currently on there even though he knows that there is no auto loan on there because I paid off my car. And yes it is still on the credit report it just shows under closed accounts. That should make it look better since it proves I can make auto payments and pay off the loan. There were several other comments that were nonsense. I understand negotiating but don't B.S. your customers with slimy tactics. People understand the current interest rates better than you think.

But that is normal for those negotations unfortunately at any dealer. I would reccommend going to this dealer because it really was a much smoother process than most dealers ive been too and I felt I got everything I wanted in a new 2025 Ram 1500.
