It took a little while because of exceptionally fat but I was able to find two pairs of shorts and one very nice shirt and I think the total that I spend was around $15 and I met a very nice young lady named Carmella who was happy to purchase some boots because of the change of weather

I usually love coming here because I found most of the staff is very friendly & the products I find are usually great finds! Recently, I had a HORRIBLE experience with the “leader on duty”. I went to purchase my items and the store was VERY SLOW. I walked up to the front and there was no line, so I just walked to the register with THREE staff members complaining and just standing there. The “leader on duty” looks at me and says “Where are you going, for one? And for two, are you ready to check out? There is a line there for a reason. So we call you when we are ready.” Not only did she try to deny letting me purchase an item without a price on it, she gave me so much attitude for no reason. If you hate your job, LEAVE IT. Don’t project onto those that love/LOVED shopping there. I am not usually one to complain, but this was unreal to me. She explained to me they were doing a shift change and that’s why they weren’t ready to take me at the register yet. So, a shift change takes an hour? Because the same 3 women were standing at the front when I initially walked into the store an hour prior.

I have been visiting this store for a couple of months and I will continue visiting. I agree that this is one of the real thrifting stores still left

What I like:
- variety of clothing.
-Sometimes you find great deals.
- Reward system and text messages let you know when they are having discounts.
- Friendly staff

What I don’t like:
-There’s only one working fitting room and they just let you try 3 items at a time. Not convenient.
- Some prices are too high for a worn item

Y’all are BUGGIN’!!!!! I’ve been coming for over 10 years, and I’d noticed before how prices were increasing but weren’t too bad. I just came back for the first time in like 6 months and the prices have gone WAYYYY up which is wild because it literally looks like y’all have way more inventory than before. Please make it make sense. These are FREE DONATED items y’all received. Thrifting should be accessible to the COMMUNITY not be priced at online or retail prices. SMH I’m super disappointed

I used to enjoy this thrift store, but in the last few months the prices have skyrocketed (they were already a little pricey to begin with). On my most recent trip, I was finding used towels for $5, used comforters for $25, plastic Wal-Mart hampers for $13, and the list goes on. While shopping, they went over the intercom to demand customers put items "back where they got them" (the store is a mess to begin with) or they would be waiting in line for a very long time due to being "short-staffed". I had found an item without a price tag and when I went to the register, a father and daughter were heading to the cashier with clothes and the cashier straight up stopped them with a hand up and demanded they remove all the hangers from their clothes before even attempting to go up to her...

Just before this, she was proudly telling another customer how they will be installing security cameras and monitors and will intentionally call out anyone they suspect of stealing over the intercom... I'm sure that will go over swimmingly for them.

Afterwards, I asked for the price of the item I found and she told me to "give her a price for what I think it's worth, but don't lowball me". Honestly, I don't like to haggle and did not want to "guess" a price. When my partner offered a price, she raised the price because it was too low (we offered $5, they wanted $9), so we declined and left.

And make sure you do not go to the store an hour before close. They will remind you about closing over the intercom every 10-15 minutes and WILL call you out as I was called out once on another shopping trip for being in the store 15 MINUTES before closing (and no, I did not leave after close or leave a mess). I felt extremely awkward and uncomfortable.

I love thrift shopping, but the prices were depressing and the demands of the employees accompanied by their rudeness made me feel very icky and uncomfortable the entire time I was there. I won't be returning.

prices were okay. building was large and nicely kept. bathrooms were disgusting though, entirely unkept and nasty. the older lady working the cash register was incredibly rude. she had black hair and glasses. she snapped at us for not removing the hangers from the clothing we intended to purchase despite nothing telling us to. she spoke over the intercom multiple times, scolding customers for minor things like leaving clothing over top of displays. she even spoke to my mother rudely for not understanding the card reader.

Very big store. Some isles are close together making it hard to use a cart. Good selection of furniture. Big selection of clothes. They have great weekly sales.
