Got to say it's pretty filthy in there now and the prices are unbearable for a second hand store

No fitting room. Spent nearly an hour picking out clothes only to realize I couldn't try any of them on (and there's no returns allowed), so I had to put them all back or else risk wasting my money on stuff that didn't fit. Waste of my time.
Additionally, the organization system leaves much to be desired, and the prices are pretty steep for a thrift store. And checkout is cash only. The store is structured like a cheap thrift store, but charges prices like a high end thrift store.
The only good thing about this place is how big it is.

This place is always dirty and the staff are absolutely horrible towards people. The thirty-something year old working this afternoon was the nail in the coffin for me. She was a real witch in the nicest terms. They seem to have a high turnover rate every time I’ve ever been, so I won’t be surprised if she gets fired for being so awful, but I hope whatever scorned her gets better and that this place finds better staff who don’t go through customer’s items at checkout and make snarky comments about if they’ve bought enough yet. (Yep, saw that too as I was being judged. What charmers!) Honestly, I kept going back to these places in hopes that it might get better, but this location just gets worse and worse, which is surprising since they’re always busy. The hiring sign isn’t surprising, but honestly much better at St. Vincent’s a few miles away. Save yourself the trouble. Quality > quantity.

I have always liked this location along with the store in Bellevue. The parking lot is still terrible. The employees here are not rude like some reviewers have mentioned but I would argue that a lot of the people who shop here are. I have had people carelessly hit me with their carts and nobody seems to know how to say "excuse me," so expect to have to deal with some people who lack manners. Always good finds here though!

I am thoroughly disgusted by the customer experience I had at this store! Within 2 hours of purchasing what I thought would be a Christmas present for a loved one who loves birds, I came back because, upon closer inspection, there is clearly a huge crack in this pendant! I had the original receipt, the original tag on the piece, and pointed out who rang me out at the checkout - literally less than 2 hours before. The manager refused to give me a refund or store credit, even though this item was expensive and in a case. When you have an item in a case, there is an expectation that that item has been inspected and I as the buyer shouldn't have to closely inspect that $30 item to make sure there isn't a giant hidden crack in it. Predictably, as soon as I returned to the car, the piece broke in half.

I don't care what your policy is - when you make a mistake, you make it right. You do not take advantage of your loyal customers! I was a lifelong loyal customer, and had never asked for a refund or store credit before. I will not be shopping here again. They have lost my business and my trust!

The staff are VERY rude and disrespectful. They just about run you down in the aisles. On the bottom floor a young girl today FLEW out the double doors near the furniture almost hitting people. Every staff has an attitude. The prices of stuff is way over priced. Only taking cash limits what can buy.

Garbage of a store…Organization by color is a disaster to find ANYTHING, insane especially for plus size. Cash only which is NOT mentioned anywhere. Informed very rudely about cash only by an employee. They have an ATM by a third party they are likely getting kickbacks from, they call themselves “America’s thrift store” seems legit when it comes to selfishness and a genuine desire to drain you of money. Cannot recommend.
