I have been coming to this beauty store for years and it’s a really great store because they always have any products that you may need. The customer service always used to need a bit more work in that department so I always fibbed when asked to write a review each time I went there. However, today was the first day that I felt the need to go out of my way to write a review. Shout out to BREE for going above and beyond with exceptional customer service. She was super nice and was kind and helpful even though she was kinda rushed by her boss not to help because it was “holding up the line” ?. She was gone from the register for literally 1 minute and unfortunately that’s when he showed up. But she handled it with professionalism. So yeah, great job Bree!!!

This is my go to location regardless of where I’m at in Dade or Broward county. The store manager Mr.K literally has gone above and beyond to get me my favorite brand of hair (top lady-clip ins). I appreciate the customer service and willingness to help. I’m wearing the hair in photos.

I enjoy going to elegant beauty supply, they always have a sale every week, the place is always clean, the reps in there are always helpful. Tednya was very nice, helpful, and swift at check out!

If I could’ve given a zero I would’ve, went to make a purchase and all the cashiers are behind the register doing their own thing, after standing in line for 10-15 minutes I approached the last register and the cashier sends me to a second register and at that moment I got frustrated and said I’m not going to be playing hop scotch. The manager Khalil was rude and should have a better training of customer service with his employees. I will not be back to the Elegant 14610 Ne 6th, North Miami, Fl 33161. I’ll go elsewhere that deserves my hard earned money and customer service is way better.
