Delivered a car with parking sensor fault which they assured would be fixed as soon as they got the part. Found further issues with aircon and tyres going flat within days. Phoned and texted them repeatedly. was brushed off/got no response at all. As soon as they have your money nothing further done. Terrible customer service. Do not buy a vehicle from these people.

I have spent £1000 on the car in the first 6 months of ownership for front brakes, tyres and both batteries replaced. All had very serious issues. I got good deals so the cost could have been higher. The dealer had fitted a cheaper ordinary battery while the car has start/stop... Their MOT is largely unreliable as others have mentioned. When I initially mentioned the issue with the brakes, they gave me an appointment to have a look at it and they had forgotten about it. They eventually kept the car doing nothing and waiting for me to lose patience and fix it myself because I needed it. Also, the car had an open recall pending that I wasn't informed about.

When you buy a used car you should have it thoroughly checked by an independent mechanic that you trust. It will save you a lot of time and money.

Found the car I had been looking for, exact spec, FSH, low mileage etc and at a decent price .
Aim Motors were happy to organise a time to view at the weekend I went and drove the car etc, I pointed out a few issues with the car, front suspension, I could feel and hear something not right, I could also hear a knock from the brakes when I released the handbrake, so as I pointed out to Zak, the salesman, he assured me that I was quite right to point out this, but as advertised in the Auto trader, they will ensure they give the car a full 100% health check before they sell, which comes with a full 12 month MOT, I'm still waiting on the car being handed back to me with the repairs done and certified 100% fit for the road, they've had it for 2 weeks now and the garage report I got done, said it would take 3-3days to rectify everything and there are 3pages of a Diagnostic Centre print out of the history and status of the car, absolutely shocking to sell a car with any mechanical systems issues ? ? stay away guys and girls
