Speaking from a first time customer. The staff especially the manager who help my mom with a request is outstanding. They helped my mom and I and we couldn’t be more grateful there are still good hearted people that exist on this world. And the items in store are amazing. Will be going back.

Negozio di vestiti usati, ha delle chicche davvero molto belle. Ambiente curato, una bellissima esperienza da fare passeggiando per New York!

large selection, organized by color and type, mostly vintage. I agree with the other reviews that the men's items were scarce, although I do see the merits in not sectioning by gender and I understand that clothing doesn't need to be inherently gendered, it is something to keep in mind if you dress more traditionally masculine.

Sellers beware. After receiving a text to retrieve my items or it would be donated. Saw my bag on the shelf but was refused to be able to search for my bag. Was going to donate the rest and Had some 501s with the tag on it still which I was told it was not qualified and it went in the donation bin picked up magically at the same time I was told to pick up my bag.

Speaking from a buyer’s perspective. Pretty good collection here for women but pretty small men’s section so that was disappointing for my boyfriend. I thought pricing was fair and the employees were nice. Racks are organized by color. Pretty average thrifting experience.

Racks are too cluttered, store as well packed with people. Organized by color doesn't make sense when trying to find smth ur size. As a petite person there was nothing I found that fit me and suited ny tastes. Lots of stuff that looked ghastly, tons of heavily sequined shirts. Disappointing.

I feel robbed. I came to sell a huge bag of clothes. I was not expecting much, but at least 5 bucks to make for my trip here. I had some clothes in good conditions, even in better conditions that the ones I saw on the racks here. None of the clothes were old that could be denied for being "out of style" and, many from well known brands like Zara. Since i requested that everything they decided not to buy, to go for donations, all I got was a text saying they decided not to buy anything. If it was due to excess of stock, I wish I was informed in advance. I am not coming back.

I like shopping here but have become a little scared to sell here because I overheard the staff saying to each other behind the buying counter “that’s so cute. I want it. Is it a present buy?” Seems to indicate that if the staff wants it for themselves, they might just take it, without paying me nor the store. Unless you do a present buy ?
