I was completely beginner and this team got me Cycling bug in no time. Derek , Stan , AJ and Adam have given me lessons and I feel I am progressing well. Anyone who is unsure or afraid of road traffic please ask for help and the team will take care of you needs. Extremely grateful for all help received.

I went to fix your own bike and everyone went above and beyond to help. I had a crank arm seized to an axle and a gubbed bottom bracket. It took a saw, multiple whacks with a hammer and a LOT of patience to get it off. There's no way I could have done that myself. I went in with a broken bike and came out with a fixed bike and a huge smile on my face. Great bunch of people.

Attended one of Bike for Good's free maintenance classes on brake maintenance. It was great. Learnt so much. The group is kept small which means you get the time you need to ask questions and get help with tasks. The staff member, Adam ( although I think at one point I called him Eddie lol) was very knowledgeable and patient. the bikes were provided for us to work on, with both V brakes and disc brakes. I actually came home and fixed a problem with my own bike's brakes. Free class and great teaching. can't asked for anything more. Get on their website and start learning about maintenance and fixing issues with your bike as well as loads of other helpful cycling 'stuff'.

I'd highly recommend attending,
and using "Bike For Good!" as an organisation, as its friendly and professional staff have been excellent in assisting me with learning to ride a bike.

After 10 - 15 years since I was last on
a bike and possibly longer since I regularly rode on one getting back on a bike, with one to one instructor "Derek" initially then"Stanley" who have been inspirational and have seen my confidence levels growing each time I get on a bike.

The enjoyment, and satisfaction
of knowing I am improving each time I attend the lessons is encouraging.
As I'd never of believed I could do this a few months ago.

Especially the mileage cycled
which I've built up to date...?

So, if you're thinking of taking up cycling, getting some refresher lessons, whether its learning from scratch, it's never too late to learn.

Get yourself along to "Bike For Good!"
Haugh Street, and see for
yourself how friendly they all are.!.
Even 'A.J.' is pretty awesome too.?

[Thanks Stanley!?]?

Awesome and compassionate staff who obviously care about what they're doing. Especially as public transport becomes more dear, and less reliable, I'll be singing Bike for Good's praises to my friends. If you're getting into cycling again for the first time since you were wee, this is definitely the best place to get your bike.

All the staff were incredibly helpful with my questions and all very easy to get along with, however I'd like to specially commend Peter who has helped me at the till both times I've been in and shown an exemplary level of customer service. Despite my recent lack of luck retaining bikes, Peter went above and beyond to get me back on the road and I am incredibly greatful to him and the rest of the staff there - thanks guys! 🙂

I had a memorable experience at Bike for Good in Glasgow, thanks to Chung. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to explain everything I needed.

The nature of their business, relying on donations, means the stock is ever-changing. While this can bring an element of surprise and anticipation, it also means that a bike you liked today might not be there tomorrow, which can be a bit disappointing.

Despite this unpredictability, Chung’s passion for cycling and exceptional customer service ensured I left satisfied. His expertise goes a long way in navigating their varied inventory.

I recommend visiting Bike for Good and seeking out Chung for an insightful experience. But be aware that patience and flexibility might be needed due to the fluctuating inventory.

If I could select 0 I would! I bought a bike and had an issue with it. I was not able to return it or get it fixed. They promised to call back and they never did. Now I'm out of £280 and left with no bike either! Completely and utterly shocked at the service. PLEASE DON'T GET SCAMMED BY THIS BUSINESS!!
